This Firestone has been my go to for all my vehicles (5) and my friend/families vehicles. All other firestones make it seem like their main priority is the money factor. This Firestone makes it feel like it’s the benefit of the customers vehicle. The GM is super knowledgeable and always makes me feel like a valued customer and not a revenue source. That’s what keeps me going back. He’s also not pushy in any way at all. Just lets me know what the problems are and what is needed. Nothing more and nothing less

Highest recommendations. Friendly staff members. Quick turnaround. Good quality tires. They're there to help you if you're looking for the best of the best or if you're on a budget clean facility. Nice waiting area

I believe the price for the oil change was very reasonable and highly fair. I was treated well and they understood that I did not have the money at the time to get all the service they recommended. The gentleman I dealt with was very professional and I found the whole thing took less time than I thought it would.

It was my first time getting a car inspection since I got my car. I was really nervous going alone, but The gentleman that helped me was quick and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, which calmed my nerves down. Thank you!

This place is run by inept idiot. Rude, unintelligent, lack any customer service skills and lazy. The manager never gets off his fat a$$ and makes no effortc to help his team do their job. Im pretty sure he was working on a component of his personal vehicle at desk while people were waiting in-line for help. He even lied to me, no realizing I am an old retired gearhead. I feel bad for the team there. They all looked stressed and scared.
Btw, way too few chairs (& broken TV ) in waiting area for the speed of service that is provided.

This place is an absolute joke. I went in there a couple of weeks ago to find out if they could do diagnose the noise that was coming from underneath my car… After the nerdy little rude manager spent 10 minutes on a personal phone call with(how do I know it was personal… Because the hood rat that was working the front counter kept trying to get him off the phone because she knew he wasn’t on a business call but he ignored her). He refused to help me out because he had a conference call with his manager in 10 minutes… Even though I said it would only take five minutes to drive around the parking lot… He snapped again and said he couldn’t… Screwed around for the next 10 minutes and did nothing… I stepped outside to make a phone call and calm down because I was about to lose my temper… When I came back in, I asked the hood rat if he was always so rude… And she snapped me too, like the hood rat that she is… All this happened with customers in the waiting room… Do yourself a favor avoid this shop at all costs… Go up to North Attleboro… The people are much nicer and they work much more quicker… And they’re actually honest

They had slow service and were expensive. And I wasn’t able to schedule for an inspection. Not a good combination. Front desk staff also gossiping about how short staffed they are and their schedules isn’t very encouraging either.

Just left after having a confirmed booked appointment for a flat repair. I was running late and called to let them know. They said great see you in a few. I get there, start to check in and the manager says "we can't do this tonight, I don't have the manpower. You can leave it for tomorrow. I don't even know how it got confirmed." Awful customer service. If your booking system has an issue, why confirm when I called? Unreal and will absolutely not be going back.

Amazing service!!! Trusted staff and service. They never disappoint and are always so honest. Mike is amazing, so are the other staffs, but I mostly deal with Mike and he is respectful, friendly and communicative.

The shop manager Mike with ?️, is the biggest a$$ you'll ever meet. Went for an inspection on November 1 2022. He failed my inspection on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade saying I needed $2000 worth ball joints. I had just purchased the Escalade from a dealership in Massachusetts, that was also a Mass.inspection station. It already had a brand new Mass sticker on it. The ball joints and tie rods were replaced at this dealership when I took ownership. After my son and I, who happen to be certified mechanics that graduated from N.E tech, unlike this fool Mike, told him it didn't need ball joints and they were replaced, but after we refused having Firestone do the work, he yelled in front of customers "It needs ball joints!!" I told him alright give me my keys so we can leave. He said "No, now go take a seat, and wait!!". I called the N. Smithfield police department and told them what was happening. Mike is yelling in the background, "they're not going to come here, this is a civil matter"!!! Once he knew they were coming, he released my vehicle, but not before he used lots of profanity. I paid the $55 for failed inspection. A fellow customer that saw everything, came outside when my son and I were leaving. He agreed with me 100 percent, that he was being an Ahole. My son made an appointment at a local garage in Woonsocket for another inspection, and my Cadillac Escalade PASSED. Firestone reimbursed me for the money I paid for my inspection, by Mikes supervisor He said "Mike shouldn't have ever spoken to you and your son like that". Unfortunately, Mike still works there. He's an arrogant LOSER that was talking on the business phone to his wife, while we waited 10 minutes standing in front of him, so he could finish up his phone call with her. He was just asking her how her day was going, while we waited to give him the keys so the inspection could start. Biggest Ahole, that was ROBBING people all the time we were sitting there. Telling one young mom, that they couldn't patch a small hole in her tire, and that she needed a new one at $210. This guy Mike, shouldn't have a job. He has No manners and shouldn't have a job talking with anyone, nevermind CUSTOMERS. I never had a problem there with ANYONE ELSE. Mike is the Worse EVER person my son and I EVER encountered at a Garage. IMMORAL RIP OFF ARTIST. Like I said already, my Escalade passed 4 days later at another garage, NO PROBLEM AT ALL, and I was reimbursed the inspection fee by MIKE'S supervisor, from another Firestone store, on account of MIKE'S attitude
