Not happy, we were not warned about the high cost of the Jackson Hewitt bill (3x previous year's cost) because of some 1099 income, also we were not informed to bring in more receipts/mileage to deduct against the large 1099 tax bill (a phone call or text informing us about the difference from a previous year would have been the normal/professional thing to do regarding high tax bills). We will not be using this branch again.

My wife and I went to Jackson Hewitt at Walmart in North Smithfield and Mary took very good care of us. She is such a sweetheart and has a great sense of humour. I will definitely be going back there next year to see her. Everyone should go to her! You will love her.
