I went to lowes on May 28 2024 to buy a refrigerator it didnt work after 14 days .I went to Lowes asking for help the manager told yes we will take care of you, they had me pick out refrigerator and just as they were going to exchange it
Their service person told me nope we cant exchange it , but if you would of bought it with a lowes credit card we would Of but since i used a regular credit card all of a sudden they wont exchange it. I will never shop their again.

Thank you very much to the retired plumber who was working in the plumbing dept on this Father’s Day (2024) who was able to spare me the task of getting a whole new spigot for my hose! He saved me time and money and it was so appreciated! Wish I would have gotten his name.

We got what we needed but getting the help from a worker was somehow difficult and ended up finding what by ourselves. Pretty disappointing but oh well.

The supervisor was on shift was extremely rude. I purchased an item that was marked on sale for $149. The item ended up ringing up at $169 and she would not adjust the price.

Management is unwilling to remedy an issue even when his staff are to blame. Experienced a Bait and Switch situation that required 3 different managers to figure out. Finally, one of the big managers decided to become involved and downright refused to make things right or remedy the situation in any way, even though it was clear to all involved that his staff had screwed up. It wasn't "No, I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do." it was," absolutely not! I'm not honoring this sale even though it's clear my staff labeled all of this stock as sale items" bad way to conduct business and really bad attitude to have towards a customer with a cart full of expensive tools and equipment. On top of all that, the staff was too inattentive and inexperienced to be of any help which didn't surprize me after hearing no less than 2 employees loudly complain about their pay. Something is clearly wrong at this location, and it's clear that it starts and ends with management.
