Had about $20,000 worth of furniture ruined in Mibox’s “storage boxes”. Water got in damaging all the wood bureaus, rugs, books and couches. Mice got in as well. EVERYTHING had to be thrown into a dumpster. We bought the “insurance” up to $5,000 and got a check for $750 which is laughable. Owners totally unresponsive and could care less despite having pictures of the damage. Basically “not my problem” attitude. If you are under the impression you are getting weatherproof storage boxes...you most definitely are not.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company, I can't say enough about Danielle. She was very responsive and respectful, she handled everything from beginning to end without any issues.Jason was the driver who moved my container and he was excellent very precise and careful moving the container.Great job!!!!

We contacted Mi-Box after having difficulty with another storage pod company. I can't even begin to tell you how incredibly wonderful, professional, courteous and responsive the team at Mi-Box in RI is!!! I sent an email explaining my desperate situation and Danielle called me right away. She was so kind and helpful, and was able to get me a box on such short notice! I have a few changes along the way which she was extremely quick and accommodating. The driver was equally as pleasant, professional, and helpful- meeting him on four separate occasions (we had two boxes dropped and picked up separately!), and almost every time it was raining, he couldn't have been more courteous and positive. When I had water damage in my house I had to move most of what I owned out of my house very quickly. Mi-Box was able to quickly deliver a box and their prices were better than their competitors. Their driver showed up at the expected time and was extremely polite, taking time to ensure that the placement of the box would not damage my property. Danielle at their office was always very responsive and kind as well, such a pleasure to work with. I also used them to store my box and deliver it to anther location. The entire contents of my box arrived in perfect condition, nothing was damaged in transport. I would highly recommend Mi-Box of North Smithfield to anyone needing this service!Services: Local moving

Great company and would highly recommend them. We had them drop a 16’ container at our house for a week for storage. The owner of the company was the one that dropped it off and he was very friendly.What I found as exceptional service was when he opened the door of the container it was having issue. He immediately called his repairman to come and see if it could be fixed and said if it can’t he would bring out another one right away. In less then 30 minutes the repairman showed up and fixed the door very quickly.Also the gentleman picking up the container was very friendly and personable.
