So I went in today for a wellness check which is mandatory for the company. I already knew my blood pressure and told her. It was pretty much exactly what she came out with. I wasn't there for a prescription or anything other than saving 50 dollars per paid period if we didn't have this done. I understand the time restraints with the visit. But she told me lisinopril which I was prescribed wouldn't help because the blood pressure was to high. That isn't true considering when I was first prescribed this medicine my blood pressure was the same. I also take my blood pressure reading daily. Please explain to me how while on this prescription it brought my blood pressure down to almost normal readings? This is a main reason why I can't find a doctor. Everyone I go to doesn't listen or talk with you. It's let's hurry this up for the next patient.

I went in for a walk-in because the site said that they were available. The medical professional opened her office to three of us waiting. She rudely said she had no time for us and that we would need to come back another time. Another patient brought up the fact that the site said walk-in’s were available. The medical profession then said the site is misleading and she encourages all of us to call and complain about it to CVS. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

The practitioner was very nice and listened to me! She gave me prescriptions that I needed and provided a doctor note for work!

I tried to be seen today and was told we don't contract with your insurance. If your very sick, DO NOT waste your time here. First of all my appointment was at 11:30. Finally she comes out of the room at 12, but then has no problem telling 3 other people who are now checking in after me while I'm sitting inside with her the wait times. Then she says out of pocket it would be $119 for the visit then $50 for a strep test and about $160 for a COVID test. After driving 45 min just to get there, I was ready to pay the $119 for the visit and $50 for the strep! Whatever. Then she says oh well since you do actually have a Medicare insurance we can't do a self pay. Wtf?! So now you can't take my insurance and also I can't give you money as an out of pocket?! I've never heard of this in my life. So glad I spent all day wasting my time here.
Minute clinic is usually a decent option, just avoid this location!!

She never registered me then said I cannot help you and you won’t be charged because I never registered you. Why did she examine me when I was not registered as a patient? She looked in my ear and said I cannot help you I cannot see in your ear canal. lol I went to my primary next day it was wax. Good lord stay far away from here can’t treat a simple ear block from wax. Wow Super sketchy.

She never registered me then said I cannot help you and you won’t be charged because I never registered you. Why did she examine me when I was not registered as a patient? Super sketchy. She was rough when she was examining me and I had to ask her to be gentle. I say good luck with that place I personally would not recommend after my experience.

Quick, easy, convenient, otherwise the only downside is the wait sometimes. Great for work or school doctors notes for LEGIT sickness.

Made a reservation online for the clinic.... showed up, checked in and waited for an hour and 20 minutes! No one came out to check in with us had to go to the door and knock twice, much loader the second time, and then we were told we couldn’t be seen because it was their lunch time and the computer wouldn’t let them. 2 1/2 hours after the scheduled appointment someone called to see if we were coming in and she had no recollection that we had been there and refused to see us!! Customer service, reliability and effective service really needs to be increased here. Quality control obviously isn’t a priority.

Quick easy inexpensive option for health concerns that you can't get in to see a doctor for.

If there is a wait it is only a few minutes. Very convenient with the pharmacy right there. The person you see is very kind and she takes her time with you. She listens thoroughly and no being rushed. I would highly recommend the Minute Clinic.

I've been familiar with MinuteClinic for years since I used to work at CVS and have gone to then several times in the past. This review is for my visit yesterday on 2/5/17. I haven't been feeling well for a while and yesterday I hit a new low. I hadn't thought about going anywhere until I stopped by CVS to pickup some prescriptions. I noticed there was next to no wait at the MinuteClinic and decided to sign in. The sign in process was easy and it was great to see that you can now schedule your appointment and save your place in line without waiting. I was greeted by the nurse practitioner named Danielle. She listened to all of my concerns and was super friendly with a great bedside manner. Within about 10 minutes (would have been less if I wasn't so talkative) she figured out the problem and sent the prescription right away to the pharmacy onsite. It was an easy transaction and I am grateful for the convenience during a time where I truly felt terrible and would not have wanted to wait hours to be seen. I highly recommend it. If you're wondering how long the wait will be, check out their site and be sure to reserve your space in line!
