“This company is truly excellent. I had never used them before my recent move and after the truly excellent performance they demonstrated, I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. Customer service and logistics management were just great all the way and the team they sent to do the actual move was efficient, polite and really skillful. Great company in a world of mediocrity. Use them if you can.”
“Eddie was very responsive and sent me a price by looking at the photos I sent. Not only was a great price however came the same day to get rid of my junk! I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends!”

“Highest recommendations. I use this for storage for a couple years like 8 years ago. It's under new owner but still climate control. Affordable, clean. Excellent place to store your stuff. A friend of mine recently got a storage unit there”
“We shipped an antique grandfather clock across the country to California. The clock was delivered safe and sound. Thanks to Craters and Freighters of RI for an excellent and professional packing job. Even the delivery man remarked that the crates were not damaged and in great condition for a X-country trip. Great job, hassle free!”

“Like several other reviewers, I actually called Mi-Box after having a negative experience with their national competitor, whose online reservation as well as phone service couldn't get around the fact I have an obscure zip code in RI.
I'm glad that happened though, because Mi-Box is a fantastic local company and everyone there has been a pleasure to work with!! The reservation process was easy and Adrienne was so nice. They were able to deliver our box the very next day after I called!! The driver also was professional, placed our box exactly where it needed to be on our property - including the angle of the door which had to be oriented toward the garage - and he was very courteous as well! We are very happy with Mi-Box of RI and recommend them!!”
