For some odd reason, whenever I step into a traditional bank, I can't help but feel intimidated and marginalized. (in a nasal, high-pitched voice) "Sir! You have to run your ATM/Debit card through the machine and enter your PIN before I can help you." Yeah, right... NOT SO at Navigant! I've been using the same branch for a while now and I barely ever get asked to provide my ID, let alone run my ATM card (which I almost never use, Especially when I have a line of people behind me who could possibly See my PIN being entered!) In other words, the employees recognize you and treat you as an equal! Personal. Informal. Relaxing. These are three words I'd NEVER use to describe an old-school bank, but they describe perfectly a credit union such as Navigant! The only criticism I have for this branch is that the parking lot is tiny and badly designed and not terribly navigable. (see what I did there?) Been a member since they started out as Dexter Credit Union back in prehistory (before cellphones)!

Did my auto loan through them and absolutely horrible. No way to see any information on it, how much goes to the loan and what goes to them. Worst bank to date

I have plenty of time to write a review because of the inane voicemail prompts and on-hold time. About 5 minutes waiting so far... Tough to run a business with such inefficiency and lack of consideration for customers' time.

I had told them someone was making unnecessary charges to my card and they just let them keep charging me more and all they did was waste my time and mxand had the nerve to tell me I have to pay them for overdraft fees, and dealing with some of the morons from there lost and prevention team only made it more stressful and time consuming. I hope they relocate and put something more useful there like a rock petting zoo. Also I think some of the "5 star reviews are rigged from friends of theirs so it won't show a real genuine 1 star overall rating.

The most unprofessional, and unhelpful staff I’ve ever had to deal with at a bank. The employees have no idea what they’re talking about half the time and I’ve never seen a FINANCIAL INSTITUTION with such frequent errors on their side that result in painfully long conversation with their poor staff if you want an actual solution.

Incredibly rude employee at the Slatersville location. I was at the teller, and he told me to put my mask down so the cameras could identify me, so I did. A moment later a female employee walks in and aggressively orders me to put it back up, speaking to me as if I was her child. I did not retort, and simply put my mask up. I do not understand what I did to deserve such mistreatment, as I was simply following the instructions of the teller. I have never been spoken to so rudely and condescendingly by an employee there, and I hope this person is counseled on how to properly engage with customers.

This company is absolutely horriable. They don't have customer service via online chat. They charge you for literally EVERYTHING. Including closing your account. I have never experienced member service like this, please don't do buisness with them.

Only for stars because this is THE WORST location to pull in and out of the parking lot. One way in one way out a narrow area. Horrible design. Super great credit union though. Wish they used local vendors for their POS and marketing.

Thank goodness we did our research to find the best possible rate for my car loan! After searching high and low and everywhere in between; Navigant was not only the BEST rate - but also by far one of the easiest transactions all together! Throughout the entire process Christian was our go to guy; he had everything ready and in line - got us not only the best rate but made sure everything was done in record time! I'd HIGHLY recommend stopping in to find yourself the best rate possible and to also get the fast and accurate help that Navigant provided to me throughout the entire process! Their facility is conveniently located next to Dunkin and across the street from a full plaza of places. It's a brand new and spotless building with clean and well decorated interior. An over all A+ for the entire experience!
