I specifically ordered a 26ft truck rental because it would perfectly fit all of my belongings. Get in the truck and it wouldn’t start. The employee offered to jump the truck, but if it’s dead and allegedly was running the day prior, jumping the truck wouldn’t solve the actual issue (alternator, battery, or worse) and likely put me in an even worse bind. I had to be downgraded to a 20ft truck as a result of the mechanical troubles. This resulted in a waste of 3 additional hours of my time because of the improperly functioning vehicle and having to add another trip to my already stressful move. On top of that, this location had no moving blankets! I pre-ordered 2 dozen and only received 11! Not even a full dozen! This location gave me a small discount but to be honest, I’m unhappy with the experience and came out of it stressed out even more. I will NOT suggest this location to my worst enemy. Ever. Shame.

Terrible. The process and customer service were absolutely terrible. It was the more painful than a root canal. I do not recommend, and will not go back.

Took over 45 minutes to rent the tailor with only one customer ahead of me making a reservation. The rv I was given was decently clean, And had new tires. But shortly into our two hour drive I realized the car seemed to be working harder than usual and my mileage was horrible. After a quick look around. I could also hear the trailer grinding. I have two thoughts, one is wheel bearing. And two would be shot pads. Either repair should have been cough while replacing all four tires. I'm not happy and this equipment should not be rented again until fixed.

Everything. The van was the perfect size, and it was very easy to complete my move in as little as one day and 1/2. The price was well within my expectation and range. I'm thoroughly pleased.

Great service - friendly, fast, and efficient. Easy to rent moving accessories like hand truck and furniture dolly as add-ons, which were sturdy and great quality. The truck was clean and all as expected. Would definitely use this location again!!

Yesterday, Oct 30 2023 i went to the uhaul on 146 dowling highway, and it was raining, the employer made me walk all the way to the back where the bushes to get my truck. He didnt want to get wet. Im a 60 year old lady with disability. Ive been renting there for many years and this was a first. Usually the employer will go get the truck and park it in front of store. I wont be renting there anymore nor recommend that locationVery dissapointed

Whoever made Jordan King GM of this establishment royally messed up. He has the customer service capability of a 2 year old. Zero work ethic. Zero sense of urgency. Zero hardworking skills. 100% lazy. Complete embarrassment to Uhaul.
