They also followed up the very next morning to be certain our little girl was doing just fine and there were no problems. We are so pleased and we will continue to come here for emergency services when our regular Vet is not available.”
“Location is not hard to find, there is ample parking, and they have a wheelchair accessible entrance. All of the staff and doctors are super friendly and professional. “HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dr. Ruel came to our home yesterday to ease the suffering of our cherished 14 year old dachshund, Hershey, and bring her to doggie Heaven. Dr. Ruel is extremely compassionate and explained everything along the way putting us and Hershey at ease. We were able to do this at home in our yard in the sunshine which Hershey so loved. It was so much better than going to the clinical vet's office which Hershey hated. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Ruel that Hershey's last moments were calm and peaceful in a surrounding she loved. They were able to fit him in the same week. All of the staff were very friendly, patient and professional. They treated my horse so well. They were able to figure out what was wrong with him, something that our last vet should not have missed. Their prices are very fair and their clinic is extremely clean and organized. Because we are so far, we had to trailer in, but it was so worth it. I will continue to trailer my horses in and I will never use another vet again. “I don't trust anyone else with my cat that has health issues. They are very compassionate and they listen to me. EVen when I'm annoying and ask a million questions or forget to ask them and call back, they are always kind and get me an answer asap. I don't bring my cat anywhere else, they know him best. I also highly recommend getting the Thrive membership. I've had it for only 2 months and I've already saved so much money here. I got over $80 taken off my bill today and I only pay $15 a month for the membership.”

“The Vets at Ocean State Equine have been up to my boarding facility in Freetown, Massachusetts to see my horse, Duke, 2 times. The Vets and their Vet Techs really know horses and they work quickly and efficiently. They are really nice people.They are also gentle and patient with Duke. All they do is horses and ponies, so you know your horse is going to get the best care.”

“My mare was brought there today for an abscess on her neck, and although I wasn’t there for it (my trainer was) I can’t say enough good things about mass equine. “My cat had never been seen here and I suddenly found him extremely ill. Mendon Animal Clinic kindly took me for this emergency within one hour of my call. Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved kitty. The Dr., vet techs and office staff were kind, compassionate , knowledgeable, and polite. Not many veterinarians would take on a non client so willingly for an emergency. This clinic will be my new go to for all of my future pet needs. I will be switching to them immediately for my pups. Thank you to all at the clinic who assisted us on JULY 8! Can't say enough about you all”

“I took my very nervous anxious cat to North Paws, a couple days ago, I can not commend the vet and staff there enough, they made him feel so comfortable and safe. They were very efficient and gentle towards my cat, Theo, and I can't thank them enough, he had an awful experience with a local groomer which ended in him being hurt (sliced his paw from a picture frame)... from his stress. North Paws is extremely professional and compassionate towards animals. I will absolutely continue using them for Theos medical needs, after what happened to my cat, there is no one else I would trust for to take care of my precious cats needs.”
“We’ve been bringing our dog and cats for years, they really care about the well-being of our pets. The staff was amazingly helpful and supportive when I had to make difficult decisions about end of life care for my geriatric cat, while not once ever making me feel guilty or judged. They are busy, so you just have to plan to schedule your appointments in advance, but they have a website option which makes it easy to do. I love having them as our vet.”
“First time bringing pet there. The personnel were very good. I think they are a little more expensive than most, that said it's been close to a year since I needed the services of a vet.What they could do is to give outside sign a professional paint job. While on the subject, the exam room needs some attention also. All in all..they are all well versed professionals.”
“I have personally worked with Dr Linda Farrington in the early 2000's at Northern RI AH. I was her surgery technician . I just moved back home after living 6 years in Atlanta. I live in Somerset and work for Baystate Veterinary . My dog Khloe needed a dental. There was no-one else I trusted than Dr Farrington . I drove 45 mins each way to bring her there. I would have drove hours . My dog is 12 and my service dog and I was concerned but knowing Dr Farrington was doing the surgery I was not worried . Dr Farrington cares about her patients and does everything she can. I have known her to stay after hours and call clients on her day off. Also her prices are more than reasonable. I will never go anyway else. I have worked with many doctors in my 28 year Vet Career. Dr Farrington is the best !!!!!”

“I was so happy they were accepting new patients when my new puppy needed a checkup. We had to wait a while but it's understandable. Not every case is simple and some take longer than others. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and the vet and the tech were very patient with my puppy and answered all of my questions. I'm so happy they will be caring for my puppy's health.”
