Thank you to Bonnie and 36d5 for facilitating the sale of my parents home. Recommended to me by a profession contact I found her to be prompt, professional, and attentive to my parents' & my needs and requests. Communication can be a bit difficult as her preferred method of communication is text and returns phone calls with text. Bonnie got the job done and what more can you ask for?Initially very pleased with services and gave a glowing five star review, but lowered to 3 star review as a result of being threatened with a restraining order for asking for a phone call and explanation regarding a miscommunication during the closing that resulted in the loss of a $400 mobility ramp. I guess it's all the price of doing business in the 21st Century. The house is sold, everyone made out (a house, some money, some peace of mind, some business), and all our lives are now easier for not having to deal with each other anymore!
