Booked appointment for that week, and they had in done in a few hours. I've driven with it a few times, including out of state, and it seems to have been installed well. They were friendly and fast. Would recommend.”

“Rob and Keith are both great (I couldn't think of a word to describe better then great but they go well beyond) at what they do. They're work cones out amazing his prices are reasonable especially compared to other body shops or dealer body shops. I've never had a problem with any work they do and I've brought 5 or 6 different cars to them for body/ paint work. They also deal with ur insurance company in full so u don't have to and trust me it can be a real P.I.T.A. sometimes. They are the only place I'll bring my cars for any kind of body paint work nowadays. And on a side note you get that personalized service u only find from smaller businesses nowadays. “Great service in a bad situation! After changing out a power steering rack several times due to defective remanufactured parts (all warranty swaps), the team in Webster was great! With the exception of one of the night employees telling me I wouldn't damage anything driving with a rack that doesn't hold fluid causing me to burn up and have to replace my power steering pump and serpentine belt while I waited for the most recent rack to arrive. Lexi did everything in her power to make it right, and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Matt was a huge help with the defective parts too. Both of them are definitely great assets to the store and have excellent customer service. Both Matt and Lexi deserve big bonuses because of all the extra headache these terribly remanufactured parts caused. I appreciate them going above and beyond for me. I've never felt like a valued customer at a parts store before this. Good job to autozone for having the right people in the right places!”
“I stopped in On 11-24-25 and needed a bulb replaced in my driver's side headlight. The attendant was very polite and helpful, he installed it for me made my day that is for sure. “I have been going to hi-lo for my inspections for the last 3 years, and every single time I have had a great experience! Everyone who works here is so nice, I am always greated with a smile and a warm “good morning” from everyone. One year I even went to get inspected and didn’t realize my registration was expired, and they helped me renew it online so that I could pass inspection right then and not have to find time to go back! I really just can’t say enough nice things about hi-lo, they truly are amazing.”
“I was in the market for a used transmission. I put out stuff to several junkyards I called a couple. this was the only place universal Auto salvage that answered me and said yeah we have it and it's ready and they gave me a great deal. it was almost a 50 mile trip but it was well worth it. they helped me load it into the car with a forklift even on a holiday which was veterans Day. I would definitely go there again and I will use it as one of my go-to's when I need Big item.
A lot of the other places wouldn't sell me the transmission because it wasn't worth pulling it out unless I bought the engine as well. even though they advertised they have it they won't take it out unless it's worth their while.
And universal Auto salvage was friendly to boot.”

I did go a different auto parts store at first but the hood reflector didn't fit at all so I took it back, I immediately thought of advanced auto parts and I went in they were nice and friendly and looked up the make, model and year of my car, yes it was a little expensive but totally worth it in the long run,so I had to order it and wait for it.
