Charged us just under $300 between an assessment, part and repair (half the price of a new washer) and our washer was still leaking (its only a year and a half old). Called them and they sent someone out again and now we are being told its because its not level? Gee don't you think that should have been the first thing to try before charging us for a part and repair we didn't need. The tech also told me and my husband different reasons as to why it "needed" a fill valve. So eaither your technicians are dishonest or incompetent, which is it? They had also come out in the past for my refrigerator building up ice though my warranty and that still has issues and was never done right. Do yourself a favor, find someone else and ask your warranty holder if there is someone else you can use. Do not use them if you don't like being ripped off.

You are going to spend at least 185.00 between the evaluation and the return in labor alone. They don't stock parts so expect two visits. The gentleman that came to the house was knowledgeable and found the issue quickly. But no parts so a return trip would have been necessary. I asked if they could get me a quote ASAP as Lowe's had a sale that ended that day. Never got the quote so bought a new range. Lesson learned. Unless it's an easy fix and your appliances is very expensive to replace don't waste the money IMHO. 4 stars cause Joe was great.

G and R went above and beyond with us for customer service. It took several visits to figure out what was wrong with our washing machine, including some trial and error. When they discovered the first solution did not work, they refunded the labor charges and applied the parts expense to the new part, without us even asking. We've used them before for repairs and had no problems. So to know that if a problem does crop up, they'll take full responsibility for it, both financially and taking the time to get it fixed, was very reassuring. We look forward to working with them in the future.

They double charged and argued about it. The tapped into a water pipe...they are not licensed plumbers. Horrible to deal with. Pass on them please.

G and R was contracted out by fridgedair warranty for the repair of our fridge when it stopped cooling. They sent a tech out the first time and he “adjusted” the door for a proper seal, which didn’t fix the issue. They then sent out another tech who found the compressor and the fan to be the issue. Afterwards they sent a tech AGAIN to re confirm what the last tech had already diagnosed. At this point 3 weeks without a fridge or freezer. Called fridgedair only to find out G and R had only submitted one of the three service calls and failed to submit my warranty claim and is blaming fridgedair for not accepting the warranty claim. The unit is well within warranty and is only 2 months old. Called to talk to the man at the front desk of G and R and was met with a condescending attitude, and all they tell me to do is call fridgedair again. I explained to fridgedair the issue with G and R and they agreed to send out a different company. Now I’m over a month without a fridge and freezer. G and R is a completely incompetent appliance service company and I would stay away from them if you can.

Prompt, courteous and professional service on our fridge. We had an issue with the water no longer working and they came to evaluate the day after I called. They ordered the part and had it fixed the day the part came in. Very happy with G&R!!

G & R came out to fix a giant mess the insurance company had contracted in. G & R quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. Once the parts came in they came out the following day to complete installation. They were prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was fully satisfied after having a horrific experience with another company.

When our brand new Whirlpool microwave stopped working properly only a few months after purchasing it, we called to schedule a repair through our warranty. It took some time for someone to come diagnose the issue, they ordered the part and we waited a month for a call back for them to schedule the repair. This is my final entry on this. There were two problems with the dishdrawer...one was a bad pump in the lower drawer. The repair guy (the good one) ordered the part. It was delivered a little late, as one might expect in times like these. But there was no problem getting in touch with Fisher Paykel to order or track it. Funny how G&R couldn't seem to get them to even answer the phone. Maybe they have caller ID and are screening out G&R's calls. Either that or they weren't being honest with me. Anyway...I can't imagine a single thing that G&R could have done to disappoint a customer more.
