“I have used this lab a couple of times and it has been quick, professional and friendly. I had to go today for a lot of blood tests and I have passed out on numerous occasions in the past. I let them know and the technician made sure I laid down and didn't see all the vials. She kept me talking and calm. So professional and so kind. She made sure I didn't leave before my ride was there and that I was feeling okay. It makes such a difference when you can be comfortable doing bloodwork. Thank you so much for making that easier on me and treating me so kindly! All of the staff were amazing!”

“Never had any issues w this draw site. After reading negative reviews people need to understand the tech drawing your blood is IN NO WAY responsible for getting you your test results. They only take the samples and send them to the lab(s) where the testing is done. They CANNOT access your results.
The Douglas site CLEARLY states they don’t do drug testing. When writing negative reviews be sure the criticism is directed at the corporation NOT the tech. I will of course agree professionalism should ALWAYS be present.”

“When I was looking for pediatricians I was skeptical of Tri River because of the reviews, I come here for my own care and it is the most convenient location for us so I decided to give them a chance with my newborn. I have to say now my son is 9mo old and I can't recommend Dr. Cain and all the staff at Tri River more. My son is in daycare so gets sick a lot and they always call back quickly or answer the portal and if needed he is seen usually same day. I am grateful that everyone cares and has been wonderful every time my son has needed to be seen!”
