10/10 I wouldn’t bring my car to anyone else .. and I suggest you don’t either.
Liz at the front desk was kind and lovely to deal with ! She remembers small details and made dealing with the insurance company effortless… They took care of it all!
The owner and mechanics were amazing too. The work was fast and pristine you’d never know it was in an accident. They also detail your car before giving it back which is a total bonus !!

Picked up my car today at 382 Collision Center in Pawtucket and was blown away by the absolutely amazing work they did! Even the inside of the car looked fantastic! My wife was rear ended and pushed into the vehicle in front of her. When I picked up the car today, it looked so good, I didn't think it was mine!
If you need body work done on your vehicle, you have to check out this great business!!! You won't be disappointed!!! I won't bring bring my car anywhere else for repairs!!

I had an amazing experience at 382 Collision Center! Liz at the front desk was so kind and went above and beyond to help me. She walked me through the entire process and made everything so easy and stress-free. The 382 Collision team did an incredible job, my car looks brand new! They even added a full detail, which was such a nice surprise. This is the only body shop I’ll ever go to, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing great quality work and excellent customer service!

I wish I could rate them 100 out of 5 stars because they were so amazing! I got rear-ended on 95 and it was my first time ever being in an accident. After bringing my truck, they explained everything to me from top to bottom and treated me like family. A rental car was provided, and they constantly provided updates on my vehicle’s status throughout to whole process. I worked 1 on 1 with the body shop team and owner with my replacement bumper (I went with an aftermarket one), and they knocked it out of the park!! My truck has never looked better and I am absolutely thrilled with the service from everyone at 382. If you ever need a body shop, look no further!!!!!

Liz , Gilbert & The entire 382 Collision Team was wonderful. I remember being skeptical about who i took my cars to for body shop repair and I am so Satisfied with 382 Services. Amazing Job , very attentive, professional & just all in for their customer. Owner spent time talking to me about my camping trip and enjoyed having a conversation with me . I was very happy to find out my car had been detailed in and out and wanted to personally thank who did it , because honestly my car was filthy ! Thank you so much team for the service you provide , the welcoming feeling . I hope I never have to be back but If I do i know I wont be dissapointed .

The team at 382 did a phenomenal job, after a deer decided to jump on the front end of my car. Communications and scheduling was flexible. Rental services was a breeze. I would recommend and go back for any future problems.

This place was AMAZING! Could not say enough great things about the staff and their work. I stumbled upon this body shop by chance after an accident and they were so kind, helpful, reliable, and efficient. I hope to not need their services in the future, but if anything ever happened to my car again, this is where I would go immediately!! Can't recommend them enough!

382 Collision did an excellent job on my car repairs (2016 Corolla)! They work directly with insurance, so I didn't have to manage any of the back and forth on costs, etc. They manage rentals seamlessly and are quick with repairs and responsive to questions. They also have cars detailed before they are returned, making my older vehicle almost feel like new again. Highly recommend this business.
