Don’t waste your time they won’t even dry clean a coat because it’s “high end”. Kinda defeats the purpose of being a dry cleaning business. After seeing other reviews I wouldn’t trust them to wash a sock.

The Tailor after several years in US doesn't know the English word "cuffs"!?; clerk doesn't recognize that she apparently needs to translate for him , and owner doesn't bother to return my call. Brand new linen trousers ruined because I asked for cuffs 3x and I guess he did not understand..Too bad. He is a good tailor I have used before but A1 apparently doesn't care when they screw up.

Do not trust this place! I dropped my shirts off and was promised that they would be ready for a business trip. Instead, I received a phone call saying they won’t be done in time, and they could not have possibly had it done in time. To top it all off, the person on the phone still wants to charge me full price! When I pushed back, they said they could give me $10 off a $70 charge. Are you serious? Never go here!

This was my go-to place for having my uniforms done. Had this one recently sewn up (you pre-pay), it was crooked, they attempted to correct it and it remains horrible looking. I paid $35 and they didn’t even offer a refund or to correct it so it’s right. Lesson learned, I’ll never go there again. For reference, the badges are supposed to be level and squares. These are absolutely crooked and not even remotely square, the whole thing is on a slant. I’m not certain if they have new ownership or management, but this is not the quality of work they used to do.

Poor customer service!! I brought a pair of pants to have the hem on one leg sewed as it fell. All they had to do was sew it back up-simple. Well I picked up the pants and when I got home, I tried them on to find that one leg was now shorter?? Umm why? She didn’t have to do anything but just just sew that side.. and furthermore, she used a completely different colored thread and it was raggedy and did not even match the hem like to the other leg’s hem. So I went back to the place to show them, I tried the pants on and it was clear that one leg was shorter. The lady simply said that it wasn’t shorter and that if I wanted the hem taken down and re-done, I would have to pay more. Excuse me!! Why should I pay more? I also had to bring back a white suit that I had dry cleaned and specifically pointed to the stain when I dropped it off last week. Well, the stain wasn’t removed. I will also add that I had my husband pick these items for me in the morning and the receipts I received when ‘I PAID’, stated that I owed them $40.00!! Thankfully, I also had the little white printed receipt for my credit card transaction. The girl at the register told my husband that he was lucky to have that receipt as well that showed I paid. And this was the same girl that initially gave the 2 green slips! Anywho, I stated my dissatisfaction to the woman that ‘hemmed’ my pants and she was rude, and turned her back on me and continued to sew something else. Unbelievable!! I deal with clients every single day and would be fired on the spot if I ever treated one of them as I was treated today at A Plus Tailors in Pawtucket!!!

Being going here for years, but haven't been in about 5 years and wow have they gone down hill. I had several lined drapes cut and hemed to 72" from 84". Some came out longer than the other drape and some of the lining came out several inches shorter than the drapes. It was very much a botched job. Not sure if the person was drunk or if they couldn't measure correctly. I will not being going back.

This place absolutely sucks! Horrible customer service ! On top of that they don’t even clean your clothes. How are you a “cleaners” & your clothes come back dirty ??? How does that work? Do everyone a favor & just shut down bc you guys suck. If I could give it 0 stars I would but I can’t ?

I needed my uniform brought up to date for a military burial of my Mom & Dad. I needed alterations ASAP. My chervons needed to be sewn on ( coat & shirt) My pants needed to be taken out, my belt was even to small and needed to be enlarged. They finished everything 3 days before the burial. Everything was perfect I couldn't have asked for more of a professional job. Thank You Staff Sargent TFutch

Been going for 10 years. Prices have gone up recently but still relatively Good prices for cleaning. Have had a couple of issues through the years with damaged property with dry cleaning that was rectified. BUT this recent time they destroyed a button on multiple shirts of mine. So this was obviously from the cleaning process. They wanted me to pay for the replacement. Just because they put they aren't liable for damages on the ticket doesn't make it true, they still are. Fortunately for them buttons are negligible in costs and not worth anybody's time to take it to a legal level. They've lost a long time customer. Poor business practice.
