If the store says it opens at 10:00 and I arrive at 10:15, the doors shouldn't still be locked. My schedule is very tight and my time is valuable to me. I will go to your competition this time around.

(edited) problem got Fix fast. got no complaints now,....................i had lease a gaming pc that had spesific specs. i returned it half way and when i picked it back up to finish paying it. they gave me a older model with weaker specs.i dont care if its used but they didnt even bother to get me the same or similar one.even tho i told them. and they clearly dont know the value of the difference between them are. i will edit this review if it gets resolved but hard to belive they would

This by far was the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a business. We placed on online order and was told the order was all set and to await delivery. Since placing the order no communication from the store happened unless we called them directly. We were asked for address and income verification after making contact and provided it via email. We continued to make contact after and was told the manager was out sick and the order was now on hold. Next day was told that the delivery was going to take place between 2 and 5pm and when it did not come we called and was told the manager closed the account. No reason was provided and we were told to call corporate. We went to the store to ask what happened and recieved no respectable answers. Cops were threatened to be called if we did not leave . We proceeded to leave and the manager xiomary started walking after us recording and yelling . The worst experience and unprofessionalism.

I ordered a black fridge with ice maker I got white no ice maker went down there 3 times and Mary The Lady up front stated I sent a white one I don't want white I need black also a black dishwasher never came I might send back come Friday

Armistice Blvd store in Pawtucket is the greatest store, Mary the manager truly cares about her customers, goes above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this store.

Very bad service I'm my payment is late so they decide to keep harassing my references I have the voice-mail my references have sent me and I call the store spoke to Mary very rude told me we didn't call anyone and said I will see you Monday when we pick up the equipment and to argue with myself and hung up on me so now I'm losing a TV that's half paid off and a new contract...and robbery...I did still no response from Reginald mananger..and obviously cooperate don't care so I paid 1100 for a TV that they just came and took..so 1100 plus for there pockets aarons on armistice is the worse place to rent from

My girlfriend and I went to Aaron’s for the first time on Tuesday to see if we’d be able to get a couch. Xiomary was very nice and informative. We ended up renting a soundbar that day. We came back the next day which was Wednesday to browse the store more and hopefully pick out a couch.We picked one and wanted to test it. The gentleman we spoke with was very close to me and my girlfriend. He did not seem to care about our personal space or even social distancing. He was unhelpful when showing us our options because he didnt know anything about the product and was very misleading. He had no way of locating the power cord for the owners box so that we could test out the electric recliner so he told us to come back the next day which was Thursday to test it and we’d be guaranteed a delivery slot on Friday.We came back and tested it. The model in the store had a broken console so they said they’d have to locate a new couch. Kimberly told us there’s one in Lynn, MA. We’d have it for Monday. Monday, we called and they said they couldn’t get it because one of the drivers called out. She then called me and told me that they in fact COULD get the couch that day from the other location. Then she told us a completely different lie saying that the drivers can’t get to lynn because of the bad weather. Mind you, it was just raining on and off.Tuesday, Kimberly said they have to get it from Lynn. She doesn’t have an exact eta but it’d definitely be delivered today. She said she’d call my girlfriend back to set up the payment plan. This was at 12 PM. My girlfriend called at 3 PM and she spoke to Mike. Mike said the delivery is actually scheduled for Wednesday morning and she heard Kimberly in the background “I told her. I told her”. First of all, she told her it would be TODAY. Second of all, she did not contact my girlfriend to tell her the delivery was for THE NEXT DAY. Third of all, who yells in the background “I told her. I told her” when she did NOT contact my girlfriend whatsoever.I called just after 6:00 PM. The store closes at 7 PM. They did not answer. We tried to block our number to see if they’d answer but it said they do not accept unidentified calls. So I called back 3 more times and they STILL did not answer.Yesterday, February 9, 2022, the delivery was supposed to be between 10 AM - 2 PM. They did not contact us whatsoever to confirm the delivery or the payment plan. I called them at 3 PM and they DID NOT ANSWER.This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & extremely aggravating.

I have gotten a Brand new refrigerator From there Have had it maybe two months Over the weekend it pretty much died Someone came to look said that the Freon was out never brang me another one was supposed bring me a new one this morning at 9am well the store doesnt open until 10 am now mind you all my food was spoiled and had to be thrown away they were aware of that and the fact that i have children they didnt really care but the have no problem taking my money off my debit card for payment of a refrigerator that does not work

I have been a customer for years. My latest item is a mattress. I just got it a few days ago. I have had the best sleep every night since. All the employees are friendly and the Manager, Mary. is friendly, curtious and prfessional. The store I go to is C1797 at 321 Armistice Blvd, Pawtucket, RI 02861.

This location is amazing they are friendly professional and have great customer service xiomary and her team are always very welcoming and accommodate all our needs for renting I highly recommend this location and company if I could give ten stars I would they have an extremely welcoming way about them the people that posted bad reviews must just not be happy with themselves cause the people that work here are amazing

I have gone to this specific Aaron's Furniture in the past (different staff) and never had an issue. Always pleasant worked with you like this type of establishment should. I decided lets give it another try and our initial visit went I thought well except for the blatantly obvious phony who told us whatever we wanted to hear. I had a bit of a problem with this. However, still rented a NEW mattress n boxspring and a NEW couch. I stress NEW because the delivery of my NEW sofa was anything but NEW! Case in point the cigarette burn (obvious what it was) was on the top of a cushion that was showing always so even if I decided to try and hide it, well not happening. I took a picture and saved date n time which phone had anyway as not to be blamed. The cushion on the side that was obviously sat on the most was visibly used and there was a feeling to the material of well dirtiness. It has as I say HAS small pulls all over it. I called and was told that a new one would be delivered Monday. Well by Wednesday I called and asked where my new couch was ohh she never said Monday . She said she had to locate one. Ok well you didn't say that and when will I receive a new sofa ? Oh it will be Friday in the afternoon. Well its Friday and I should have known being the 13th something wouldn't go right. I mean if I hadn't called to ask when it was being delivered I dont think anyone would have told me anyway. So its 9:00 and no sofa no call Nothing!! So lie upon lie I was told that was apparently easier than telling me anything remotely near the truth. Im really disappointed and very put off at the fact it was easier to lie to me again and again. I haven't decided what course of action Im taking now but somebody needs a refresher in customer service. You have left me a very disgruntled customer.
