If you really can avoid coming here please try to and go somewhere else. Their rules are horrid and they are more worried about covering theirs more than the actual patient. Go somewhere else please avoid this place if you're tryna get better

This is the place if you’re really struggling and need some outside help. The rules are pretty simple. However my big Downside is this is a for profit company. For the 80 or so they get from each patient it should be invested into quality case workers. I’m not saying they are all bad but I’ve been here for about 5 or so years, and I’ve just been given my 7th case worker granted only 5 we’re supposed to be permanent. The case worker I just finally got Is the only one you’ve hired that has personal experience.

This place is a s*** show. All staff is terribly rude. Only person that was nice is Jessica. Always gave me a hard time. The receptionist is a complete a**. Went there a few years on and off didn't help much. The nurses have no compassion for anyone. You are there to help people who have a problem. You are in the wrong field if you can't show sympathy for people trying to get help. If it wasn't for people like us you would not have a job. I finally went to codac. It's so much better. The environment is a whole lot better. They actually care and want to help. Would never go back again.

This place really is a joke one of the nurses told me because I got off a methadone and said oh you'll end up using again but I haven't the only nice person there was Gail the social worker she was nice

so I got there at 9:25 and the doors were already locked when they’re not supposed to lock until 930 and then when I knocked on the door to ask what was going on the girl with the blonde highlights kind of fat was changing the garbage she was just like oh look another junkie and made me cry and then threaten to call the cops on me when I asked if I could talk to a nurse because I’m having a bad day and I’m ready to do something impulsive and she wouldn’t let me this place is not a good place they’re supposed to help you not push you away go to the one in Warwick they are so nice and they don’t close before they’re supposed to

since the first call i did to this place they were real good nd helpful i had to do 10 classes so it was good and fast everytime they had a open time they called me to get it done faster i will recomend this place 100%they work with ur needs really good
