I’ve been training with Pam for a few months, and I’ve seen some serious changes—not just in how I look, but in how I feel mentally too. She’s somehow managed to make workouts both effective and fun. Pam’s personality and humor makes it feel like I’m working out with a friend (which we have quickly become), but don’t be fooled—she’ll push you past your limits without you even realizing it. Thanks to her, I’m stronger, happier, and actually looking forward to each session (even when she makes me do pull ups).

I started working out regularly at Bileau Built with Pam and Jason 2 years ago. The classes offer such variety and the encouragement the 2 of them give to the entire class is awesome. It was just what I needed.
This past summer I started working with Pam in a small group sessions- lifting. I needed some help with my leg strength for the Pan Mass Challenge I was riding. Pam helped with that and more. She has helped me see how strong I really am: mentally and physically.

We're so happy to have found Bileau Built! Classes are always top notch and Jason is clearly dedicated to making sure his clients have a great experience and a great work out. Over the last 9 months I've also started personal training with Pam which has been great! She caters your program to your wants and needs - making sure she's meeting you where you are and helping you achieve your goals. I know I can count on her to challenge me and that I'll leave eacb session feeling strong! Our sessions have helped me push myself harder in group classes, too, so I feel like I'm getting the most out of the gym.

I started out with the group classes here just about 2 years ago, which are awesome, but I also wanted to try personal training for that extra push and I have to say Pam Bileau is a fearless leader who is focused on working hard to bring out the absolute best in me. Whether it’s making sure I am using the proper form, grabbing weight that pushes me to my limit, or setting the proper rep/weight ratio, every single workout has been nothing less than amazing. For the 8 months that I have been training with her, I can honestly say I have never had the same workout twice and it’s NEVER boring!! I think her main goal is to make sure I am sweaty as hell leaving there and that I send the “oooohhhh my legs hurt so good” text the following day (she knows I LOVE feeling sore). I truly look forward to those 45 minutes each week – it’s where I can leave everything behind and just focus on me! And let me tell you, there’s no stopping early, if there’s one minute left, then we’re using it for one more push. Although I only train with Pam once a week, this day sets me up to stay strong and focused (on both exercise and nutrition) for the rest of week. I have been able to lose those annoying 10 lbs and keep them off. I can see and feel the difference in myself, and I couldn’t be happier. Although we are working hard, we have had sometime in between sets to catch up and laugh and she’s willing to listen to me vent about various things (she doesn’t know it yet, but she may also become my therapist). So not only is she a great trainer, but she has also become a great friend!!

Been taking group classes at Bileau since December 2023 and personal training with Pam since March of 2024 and have never felt better. By mixing the full body workouts with the targeted programming Pam has created with me, I'm down 25 pounds, on less medication and don't mind carrying the groceries up the stairs :-)

My experience working with Pam has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with her in both 1:1 and small strength group formats. While she hits all the high points of being an excellent trainer what really makes Pam special is her attention to the client and building personalized programs that really challenge you towards your goals. She always makes me feel heard, never lets me give up and pushes me to be my best. And on top of this, she is an all around fantastic person. 10/10 always! 5 stars! All the accolades! If you are just starting out or thinking about taking the next step in your fitness journey, you won’t regret signing up with Pam.

I have been a part of BB for many years now!! I have nothing but great things to say , starting with Jason and Pam! They are 2 of the best people I have ever met! I love the whole vibe, group classes, the people, the Playlist and let's not forget about BETTY !! If you are looking for small group or even 1:1 PT, Pam is awesome! She will ask you what you want to achieve and create a plan to get you there. She will kick your A$$(like she actually will) all in fun of course ?. All joking aside, Bileau Built has truly made a big difference in my life, I can't thank you guys enough for creating this amazing place!! ❤️

I joined Bileau Built in April 2023, I wanted a more strength focused workout and was getting really bored with the workouts at my current gym. I didn't feel like I was making progress or building muscle, rather just maintaining.
I highly recommend Bileau for its group classes, especially if you are new to working out, they will modify anything for you. Great music, great energy, great community, no judgements.
I started training w/ Pam a few months after I joined. I've done 1:1's with her and I am currently in a heavy lift group. If you have done personal training or haven't before, you should definitely try a session w/ Pam. She is an awesome trainer. She personalizes the workouts every time, she has a great relatable tone when giving directions or corrections. Pam pushes me to lift more and hit my goals and achieve new ones. She is always willing to answer questions during or after the session. She explains thoroughly during demo what muscle groups the exercise is targeting. The setup is nice and I love when we get a new machine to try out too. I have rheumatoid arthritis so sometimes things are just swollen or achy for no reason and she does a great job of modifying things on the fly for me. She cares deeply about the training she is doing and she is very nice so 100% give it a try!

While you can find a gym anywhere, what truly sets this place apart are Jason and Pam. They create an engaging, fun, and energetic experience at every workout. The dedication and effort they invest in each class and training session are evident.
I’ve also started private training sessions with Pam, which have quickly become the highlight of my week. From the very start, Pam has brought professionalism and personal care to every session. She tailors workouts that are both challenging and so much fun. This is partly because of her amazing personality. She has a knack for making each session fun while pushing me to exceed my own expectations. It’s rare to find someone who combines expert knowledge with such a positive and supportive attitude. Pam is the type of trainer who will help you achieve your fitness goals while genuinely caring about your well-being. My strength and form have both drastically improved through her and Jasons guidance.
Also, the paper towels for cleaning are fantastic.

I felt like I was never going to get motivated enough to better my life until Pam came into my life and completely changed that. I’ve been working with Pam for almost four months. Once discouraged, out of shape and lazy to waking up early mornings excited for my work outs. I have a ways to go but with Pam by my side training and motivating me I know I’ll keep on this path. She makes me excited about something I used to dread. I can’t recommend her enough!

As someone who has done heavy lifting regiments in the past, I was excited to hear that Pamela was starting these sessions. Pamela brings a vast knowledge of exercise, encouraging us to lift heavy, but more importantly focusing on form, as to avoid injuries, make sure we are hitting the targeted muscle groups and most importantly, becoming stronger. I could not recommend these sessions more for those individuals who are looking to up their weight while lifting and become a bit stronger.

I cannot say enough good things @ pam. She is delightful and so positive. She constantly changes up our sessions and knows how to challenge and push me out of my comfort zone while still making me smile. I have had issues with weight gain recently due to perimenopausal symptoms and I think switching up routines and incorporating heavy weights has made a big difference

Coach Pam supports me in my goal to strengthen my muscles and body through continuous positive reinforcement as well as a balanced training schedule.
Since the start of this program I have seen results - increased muscle mass and I feel great!
I really enjoy Pam’s company - we chat and laugh (in between reps of course)…
she has a great rapport with all of her clients! I highly recommend Coach Pam and Bileau Built - great people and positive atmosphere.

I have been doing personal workouts with Pam for almost two years and I highly recommend the one on one workouts. They have helped me reach my fitness goals faster than attending just classes. Each week Pam puts together a thoughtful, efficient and personalized workout for me, there are never any repeat workouts and each week is new and fun. I can ask her to target a specific area and she will create a workout around that. Besides the workout itself, Pam is positive and supportive and it doesn’t just stop once the session is over. She is always there to answer a text and even create a personalized vacation workout for me. I can’t recommend it enough! 10/10
