Had a great experience with Jonathan at the Boost Mobile store on Lonsdale Avenue. Just bought a new iPhone 15 and took it to the store for activation. There was some difficulty because my service is through Boost Infinite which is somewhat different from the regular Boost Mobile. Jonathan opened a chat with customer service and got them to send me an e-sim which allowed me to activate the new phone. Really appreciate the time he took to do this even while dealing with other customers.

I just want to say that Ed at the Lonsdale Boost Mobile location was the absolute best experience I have ever encountered when it comes to cell phones he was completely knowledgeable and did everything in his power to get me to get off of my disrespectful inhumane T-Mobile contract I want to thank him from my deepest parts of my heart if anybody needs a phone please come to Boost Mobile on Lonsdale Ave right behind the Dunkin' donuts and speak to Eddie because he is by far the most professional salesman I have ever met

He outright lied to me saying he increase my plan from 35 to $50 in about 10 seconds that night I checked myself and did it myself I have multiple sclerosis so I need help with things like this most of the time but not from people like him good thing I did not tip them until I was sure
