Been coming here since it opened! Joyce the owner is a sweetheart ❤️ I get Brazilian waxes from Giselle, they never hurt. She is professional, it's so clean here. Best place for waxing!! I highly recommend.

I took my daughter here for the first time today to meet with the owner and she spent time educating my daughter on the type of hair she has as well as creating a plan for the next steps! She was patient kind and tested my daughter‘s hair to show us how we can pull out the current box guy she had used and get her back to her natural hair color and then begin to add highlights. Truly a gem, and an owner who is invested in her work and clients!

Bad hair experience with Deyddi. She is not very professional and I didn't see her license at the front desk ... that means a red flag.

Loved the last time I went here (had Vanessa) this time I'm disappointed. I said I like bangs that sweep down and off to the side and I'm growing out the layers (one length) I ended up with roughly uneven cut bangs that do not sweep to the side and roughly chopped unevenly layered hair that I am forced to go on vacation with. Looks awful. When I put my glasses on the sides stuck out awkwardly. Guess I'll be wearing a hat and head scarfs for a while.

Nice salon. Lots of services to choose from. I haven't had a bad experience here and I've been coming here for 3 years. Most recently I cut my hair very short I I'm here a lot more now! I love it.

I got a Brazilian wax done by Raquel and it was excellent. The salon is spotless, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming for my first visit there. The wax was about as painful as any other wax I've had, there's no getting around that. However, the real standout was that once the wax was over, they tweezed any remaining baby hairs that couldn't get picked up by the wax. Serious attention to detail. I was genuinely impressed and already booked my follow-up appointment in 5 weeks.

love the place, i us to be a regular but not anymore this place turned me offthey keep changing the prices on mefor wash and blow dry i was charged $65thats insaneeeeeei went from paying $45 for yearssss now all of a sudden its $65im all set!!!

Took Mom for her first salon experience ever, and Brazilian Hair Design made it magical! From the warm consult to the comfy chairs (you guys seriously get the mom-comfort level!), they treated her like a queen. My brother and I were just extras in her day of pampering, but they made us feel welcome too. She's beaming with her new 'do, and we're already planning her next visit. Thanks for making Mom feel special!

How do you say “ no” or “stop” in Portuguese?? You know it’s never going to go well when you’re a curl head girl and a straight haired girl tries cutting your hair… I told this chick to STOP cutting my bangs and she just kept going… I had to sit there for an extra 40 mins and have someone else clean up her mess because it was so uneven… then the receptionist, not even a hair dresser told me that a bob cut is suppose to be uneven… who tf asked for a bob cut ?? NO girl with curly hair gets a bob… I wanted to slap her so bad. Wouldn’t give them my money if a gun was held to my head. Never again ??

This was my first time visiting Brazilian Hair Design. I called last minute for a full head foil and cut, they found time to squeeze me in- on a Saturday !I was so lucky to get the best hairdresser I have ever had- Elaine.I cannot say enough about her , she is everything someone would expect, would want, should have with service from a professionally trained hairdresser. I went there knowing what I wanted, couldn't explain it completely, she listened and used her own experience and skills to get me a haircut and color better than I ever expected!If there is anybody out there who is the need of an established hairdresser, I highly recommend Elaine and the salon itself- I am hoping the owner (and Elaine!) reads and l this review -they are VERY lucky to have her! From the initial phone call through my entire visit everyone was very professional , helpful, and welcoming, I definitely will be coming back !

Nice saloon, but a little bit expensive, and the hairdresser should give more attention to her customers, not to all customers around.
