Andrew and Heinrich were both tremendously helpful. They made drop off/pick up and scheduling a breeze. They are both very knowledgeable and went over many details of my tire change and my faulty heater. Both extremely friendly and personable. The repairs were top notch. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and they are experts at their craft. They provide high quality service at a reasonable price.
Also, I highly recommend the Continental True Contact Tour 54 tires, they are so quiet and all season as well.

Had an alignment done, I specifically asked to ensure the control arms were torqued to specs. A few days later, I get death wobble on the highway. When I got home I checked the suspension parts and noticed the driver side upper control arm, the nut was missing from the bolt and the bushing slid out about halfway. Not Good very disappointed. This shows a total lack of faith and most importantly Safety!
The only reason I am giving a 1 star is I thought they were nice.

I live in NC and while traveling to visit family in RI, I noticed my radio/clock wasn't keeping time; was not brought to my attention during maintenance prior to this road trip. Anyway, brought my Jeep to BTS Tire & Service to check the battery. I was very impressed with how much care to detail, diagnostics, and prompt service with 100% guarantee replacement if needed that I was given as a customer. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and friendly. This happened twice and if needed, have confidence they can help me again while visiting from out of state.

Excellent customer service. Completed four wheel alignment on pick up truck. Also recommended excellent four all sesaon tires. They have provided years of excellent service. If something ever went wrong with a service; they always stood by their work. Highly recommend using them.

BTS gives great service. I’ve been dealing with them for over 25 years. I’ve had various services performed by them, such as: routine oil changes, brake pads, annual tire rotations, ri inspections, etc. They have always done reliable service at reasonable prices. They are great people to deal with and always find a way to accommodate my schedule for appointments. I highly recommend them.
