I'm always hesitant when it comes to my vehicle and I just want to say Missak and his staff were AMAZING! They treated me and my vehicle very well and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. “I honestly can’t believe I haven’t written a review for this place yet! I’ve been using Enterprise in Pawtucket, RI for years, not only because it’s close to home and I get a discount through my job, but because the customer service has consistently been great.

Sure, like any busy location, there are times when there’s a bit of a wait, but the staff is always pleasant, professional and apologetic. You can tell they’re doing their best to handle a high volume with grace and a great attitude. Honestly, I sometimes feel bad for them and think they deserve more backup, but they still manage to keep things moving and make every customer feel seen and taken care of.

To be fair, not every visit involves a wait, a lot of times I’m in and out super quickly. I also appreciate how they remember and recognize repeat customers. It makes the experience feel more personal, and they really go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied before you drive off.

I was a little bummed to hear that Ryan, the branch manager, moved to another location, he was always great! But it’s been nice to see some familiar faces still around, like Andrea (who’s also so helpful), and I recently met Burrell (I think that’s his name) who seems like a good addition.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the vehicles, they can be hit or miss. I recommend to check with the staff during the walk through (take pics and videos if necessary) and don’t forget to check the back seats for any damage.”
