*“I had a very unpleasant experience at this laundromat and will not be returning. One of the workers unfairly accused us of our clothes damaging the machine because it was ‘making strange noises.’ We inspected the clothes in front of them and confirmed that there was nothing wrong, yet they continued to blame us.
What made it worse was that the worker told my wife that the owner was upset and suggested we should not come back. This lack of professionalism and poor customer treatment is unacceptable. We understand technical issues can happen, but blaming customers without proof and asking us not to return is a terrible way to run a business. I definitely do not recommend this place.”*

Great customer service, all was so sweet☺️!! place was spotless Lynda was amazing she made sure everything was well as always and a young gentleman named Angel was the best help definitely will continue to come

This was my first time coming to this location, I can't even tell you I was clueless yet this young lady Lynda a general manager how sweet she was. She introduced herself to me and my husband. Showed us how to use the machines well educated I must say. What I thought was so cool she showed us how to use our soap and save more money. I love it here. I will tell everyone about this place..come see Lynda she's amazing and so pleasant.

The staff is very nice and it's a good place the staff is very very intelligent she let us stay she let us stay after hours so yeah the laundromat in Central Falls is good yeah I'm Leo I'm coming around every single laundromat world to see 28 it says that it's a dump review but I do not think that yeah so it's not a dump review that's what I wanted to say thank you and goodbye and if you want if you don't want to read this my channel is Shana Fowler on YouTube thank you and goodbye

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The woman was very rude, when I got there to gather my laundry, after it was done drying, it was 9:40, but the door was already locked, when I knocked she tried to wave me away, after knocking 2 more times, she held up a finger for me to wait while she finished some mopping, once I finally got in and pulled my laundry out of dryer it was about 5 minutes later, and she was yelling at me that I needed to pick up my stuff and go, like I was supposed to carry my laundry home in a big ball, so I quickly threw my stuff into my laundry bags, all with her still yelling at me, as I left she was swearing at me in both English and Spanish, obviously I won't be going there ever again

Very very bad .. my shirt ripped and burned after i get it out from the washer..and the lady working there is very rude..she told me Many times go to another place.. all what she care is to close and not have customers..she told me while I was leaving " go and it's good idea to go to another laundromat "I asked her many times to talk to the owner and she refused

I love this place! The two ladies that work there are so very sweet! I work so much and haven’t had time to do my laundry. So I took it in yesterday and never have used the laundry service before. But it was so quick and easy and inexpensive! I picked up my laundry this morning, and everything was folded, perfectly, and stuff that didn’t fit into, my laundry basket was packed nice and neatly into a plastic bag. The laundromat is super clean and they have everything you need. I definitely will be using their service more often, it’s worth every dollar! Thank you guys so much for making my life a little bit easier!
