I had to make a long cross-country drive from California to Rhode Island, and by the time we arrived, we were exhausted. Thankfully, Jasmine at the storage unit was an absolute lifesaver. She was incredibly helpful and made the unloading process smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and efficiency turned what could’ve been a chaotic experience into something surprisingly easy. I truly appreciate the time she took to make sure everything went well for us. After such a long journey, her support meant the world. Highly recommend this location—especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Jasmine!

Tucked away is this clean facility. It was easy enough to navigate our giant 26 foot uhaul through to our unit to unload. Jasmine was super friendly and very helpful. Its just storage but we appreciated a smooth experience and friendly staff. Thank you!

First class customer service. The two young ladies were outstanding. However, many of the company’s pricing rules left a lot to be desired. Definitely a feeling that current renters can be taken advantage of by offering no discounts same as a new customer is afforded. If not for the young ladies running the office, I would go to competitors lock ups.

I Walked in to check out a unit and I must say the staff was very friendly, polite, & very knowledgeable in helping me decide which unit would work best for me. They did a fantastic job showing me the different size units along with some of the great promotions they have going on . I would highly recommend this location and big kuddos to the staff on making sure every customer that walked into the facility was handled with respect and helped if needed. So if you guys need a storage location I highly recommend stopping by the location or giving them a call and ask to speak with JASMINE

Every time I come in and have an inquiry the girls in the office are always friendly and helpful even if it's a question I appreciate them today Jasmynn walked me through the mobil app highly recommend storing with these ladies
