I walked in to the office looking to find a storage unit , Indy at the front desk greeted me.He was friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process and made it very easy for me to rent the unit.we went out to take a look to make sure it would be big enough to store my stuff Indy was very help he even helped me download the app to get in and out of the gate . They have a repeat customer for life .

I was forced to cancel my original reservation because the lift was possibly not working correctly. I was told that Corporate was aware the lift needed servicing but alas it was scheduled for the day before I was due to start storing my stuff. The one and only request was to have a full working lift as my pregnant Granddaughter would be storing items for me. Why on earth did you allow this rental knowing the lift issue hadn’t been resolved. I was forced to find another venue as I only have one day to complete the removal and storage of my stuff. NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOK 🤬
