Though this is the closest CVS to me and I need a monthly medication- there hasn’t been a single time in 2 years that I have gone to pick up my prescription and it went smoothly. Whether it’s them saying my insurance wouldn’t cover (just needed a phone call) or them needing to order the product and failing there hasn’t been a single time where this process went well smoothly with no hiccups.

My visits at CVS are always pleasant and convenient to shop. The staff are very helpful, cordial, and knowledgeable. The items are categorized in a way that it makes shopping easy and efficient. The pharmacy staff are always helpful and process the people quickly and efficiently.

I'm greatful the bald black female pharmacist is gone as far as I can see.
The pharm techs have a extremely poor attitude towards hippo laws and talking about other patients medications health issues etc and laugh when the send someone away without there medications.
I saw an old man put c his foot down once when they failed 2wice to have his and his elderly wife's medications were all filled.
He said in not moving till u fill my meds .
He was in drive thu I was inside.
First CVS called to cops after 20 25 min a tech said to the pharmacist that some important call she needed to rake.
All I heard her say repeatedly I'm sorry sir yes sir right now sir this won't happened again sir.
Old man got his meds cops never came smh

They never respond to their CVS pharmacy voicemail after claiming their response within a few hours. I haven’t got I haven’t got a call back and it’s been a week.

This location is constantly making errors with prescriptions, saying they didn’t receive them and having stock issues. Their customer service is sub par and has been this way for years. Looking into switching to a new location because of this.

I have terminal stage 4 cancer, the pharmacist questioned why I needed liquid pain meds and pills. I was prescribed both because one is for the month and the other for surgery I had this week and can’t swallow the pills. She asked me personal questions as to why I needed them and so on , was argumentative and embarrassing. When I asked to speak to corporate she laughed at me. Her name is Victoria. Maybe if she stopped eating while working, and joking around with the staff this place might actually get stuff done.
