This location is constantly making errors with prescriptions, saying they didn’t receive them and having stock issues. Their customer service is sub par and has been this way for years. Looking into switching to a new location because of this.

I have terminal stage 4 cancer, the pharmacist questioned why I needed liquid pain meds and pills. I was prescribed both because one is for the month and the other for surgery I had this week and can’t swallow the pills. She asked me personal questions as to why I needed them and so on , was argumentative and embarrassing. When I asked to speak to corporate she laughed at me. Her name is Victoria. Maybe if she stopped eating while working, and joking around with the staff this place might actually get stuff done.

Since when can't you talk to someone on the phone regarding your prescription?? You must leave a voice mail message or use the app. I guess I'll be looking for a more friendly and customer oriented pharmacy.Do better corporate CVS!!!! You're business IS people!

I was trying to get a prescription transferred from the pharmacy in my home city. I got verification that it was sent through. Went to pick it up and it wasn't ready NOR in their system, plus the pharmacist caught an attitude with me about it. It turned out they had spelled my last name incorrectly so I left and came back about 2 hours later and it STILL wasn't ready and at this point it was getting close to closing time. It should have taken 20 minutes from the time she found it. I had to go without a medicine that I am supposed to take daily because the pharmacist or pharmacy tech couldn't be bothered to do her job. Will be calling to speak to the store manager tomorrow.

I’m honestly shocked this pharmacy still has customers. Staff is incredibly rude and have no sense of urgency to help or answer questions. Multiple people ahead of me were turned away for medication that was promised hours before and given piss poor excuses . I was looking for an OTC medication that showed in stock at this location. After waiting 20 min in line to pick up my prescriptions, I asked the tech where I could find this and showed her their site on my phone. I was told that someone up front would probably know. The pharmacist on was too busy talking to the kid in the drive up who was saying he’s not helping any other drive up customers since it’s cold “f that bro” and then proceeded to openly discuss earlier customers and their personal information while talking badly about them in front of a line of people. The pharmacist instructed me to go search for the medication myself again because she couldn’t help me any further. I am disgusted and will be using a new pharmacy going forward.

Very , very rude . Left a cane there by mistake asked the lady in the pharmacy if they found it she said quickly “ NO”. Looking around the area where I know I left it and the lady from behind the counter asked me if I needed any help . I asked if anybody found my came she said yes, it was right next to the First Lady I asked . I asked her why she said no and she said nothing to me . Like I did something wrong !Customer service is a thing of the past at this CVS.

This cvs pharmacy is rude, unorganized and slow. I get a few meds for two people every month, pay online, go pick it up through the drive up and they let you sit there. I thought maybe it was closed. Seriously after 4 min of waiting and pushing the call button a couple of times she comes to the window with a less than pleasant attitude. It took more than ten minutes to get my meds. Oh AND they short you meds. This is a monthly problem. Then CVS sends you a text to give feedback but nothing changes. Is Walgreens like that? Cvs blows and the pharm techs are rude as Fck.

Call the pharmacy and I was on hold for over 20 minutes, walked into the pharmacy while still on hold and they're only dealing with the people who show up and they let the phone ring they don't pick it up. I was fortunate enough to be able to drive down there and ask a question but the person who is unable to me have an important question for them.Please alternate between one count person one phone call or do something else more appropriate.

Worst pharmacy ever !!! System was down which I get isn’t their fault but for them to keep telling me my medicine will be ready in an hour and I came back 3 times an hour in between is frustrating !! Nobody wants to come from the ER and Be told to come back in a hour and still not ready !! Worst than a damm ER ROOM like they should’ve just said won’t be ready until tomorrow afternoon or something instead of “it’ll be ready in an hour” THREE TIMES!!!!! I will never come back to this damm pharmacy again which means I’m not coming back to this damm cvs again !!! So d***

The balled headed African pharmacist Yumi is extremely rude, unprofessional, lacks manners, does not know how to interact with people and should not be behind a counter. She is not to be trusted, I fear she is the type to give you a higher dosage of medication than prescribed, or the wrong medication all together.They keeps the phones on silent, letting them ring for over a half an hour saying the are busy when the entire pharmacy is empty aside from maybe 3 people picking up medications.She will be reported every single time until she becomes the mature professional that she was hired to be or until she finds a new place to work.
