Since I'm calling from work on my break I do not have time for a call back. It is ridiculous that I have to wait for a call back. I need to know if my father's prescription is even there so I don't leave during my break to get it for no reason. It is a new prescription so I do not have the rx number. Not being able to speak to a human is unacceptable

CVS stinks. Your services are AWEFUL. Your pharmacy people are rude & ignorant. Don't explain any new medications. . I rather go to Walgreens better service

They need more staff. I applied and got denied. They know they need more staff. Theres literally always ONE register open every single time i go, and i live about 800ft away from here. If the persons not at the register, you got self check out. Which id slso a dud because they don't do cash so your basically forced to wait there if you have cash on you. The self check out works the same way the workers do. Hire people and fix this please

To say that the staff at this CVS location are unhelpful would be insulting to unhelpful people. It's clear the staff aren't being trained properly. The pharmacist is a glorified babysitter. I noticed recently that if they have a good med tech or cashier they never last long at this location. They currently have a male med technician who speaks minimal english and appears very confused when interacting with customers. The drive thru also isn't functional, apart of it is that the building is not equipped to handle large volumes of vehicles in a line as it effects parking spaces. I'm very surprised this location hasn't closed, if it weren't for its 24/7 pharmacy I imagine it would be shuttered.

Guy at the pharmacy barely speaks english nor does he seem like he knows what hes doing. Thinks wasting peoples time is funny and just seems lost.

Don't bring film here to be processed. They send it out. The negatives are destroyed and not returned, and the photos are on crappy computer paper using a low quality printer that can't even keep he cyan, magenta and yellow color separations aligned. Photos ruined, and no chance to salvage them.

I explained in a review of Walgreens that I left CVS because of their prices. Unfortunately I still have on prescription that has not been moved and is still at CVS. I just went to pick it up and there were 4 cars at the drive through so I went in. I got inside and there we're 4 people in line. I waited, and waited, and waited and waited as each person ran into issue the clerk could not help help them with. This held up the line longer and longer. Another clerk came and said she would help who was next. She helped one person and then disappears even tho the line was now about 8 people long. It was finally my turn. The clerk took my name and birthday then proceeded to press buttons on the touch screen for easily over a minute. What is going on??? If they need more help they gotta pay up and get some more staff because this is insane.

When shown a picture of an OTC soap, told me I needed a script from my doctor. When I insisted that the hospital contact person told me I could get it over the counter at Wal-Mart, the tech went to check for the soap in the mouthwash isle. So. You know.

I ordered photos online as the website said they could have them done in an hour. Called three hours later and was told the system was down and they didn’t know when it would be back up. Couldn’t even refund my money. Maybe don’t advertise one hour photo turn around if you can’t even guarantee photo development within 24 hours?

Very unprofessional I won't be coming back here. I was here for a covid vaccine my 4th shot. The pharmacist asked if I was immunocompromised and I asked why .... he said because I didn't check yes on the questionare and I know I did. I'm sitting with my boyfriend and he got his, I look down and my appointment was canceled. I now understand type two diabetes/ Hashimotos Thyroiditis are not immunocompromised conditions unless the pharmacist see's otherwise it's at their discretion. I was honest with what condition(s) I had .... I didn't have to disclose what the imnuno compromised condition(s) were. Secondly no one told me it was canceled I had to go up to desk and ask why. Very, Very, unprofessional I'm very disappointed in how ya'll handled the situation and disgusted... it was at your discretion.... there are so many people lying saying they are immunocompromised and aren't just so you're aware.... half of you aren't and are getting the 4th shot just because you're a medical professional and others because they lie. Thanks for keeping it professional. Oh and they proceeded to write on my covid card before they cancelled the appointment. Great judge of character ! ? I'm not a hard person to deal with even tho I was upset I said thank you for your time we are allset let's go to my boyfriend and left. Not everyone makes a scene. The quicker you learn that ? the better

Very high prices. Unfortunately when grocery stores are crowded, and the wait is long, it's one of the few other options available. My biggest issue however is that they have signs outside saying masks are required, while employees not only wait on you without their masks on, but they walk around the store with them pulled down also. Not okay guys....

Sheesh I didn't know Connie would be so mad she had to help me pay a bill. She had to literally complain the whole time she was helping me talking about omg "another void on my account " and taking unnecessary deep breathes. Just like how she said " she should've stayed" home she really should have with that damn attitude. I will be paying my bills else where from now on
