They didn't ship my package but they want to keep the shipping fees. It either I dispute it with me credit card company or I sue dhl. This Pawtucket location do not help people. They are very unprofessional

I want to recognize 5 start service I just received from Jerome. I had to mail some legal documents to Guatemala and Jerome made the process super simple and easy. He answered all my questions and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you!

I was going to call this In, but you guys don't open until Monday, so here It goes. I saw one of your drivers almost hit multiple vehicles driving through East Providence and Providence on the highway. I could see her in the mirror what It looked like to be on her phone and as I passed her I was right, on her phone texting and driving for miles swerving all over the road. This happened on 4/11/25 at around 6:30PM license plate 1BX-228
Not a good look for your company.

Great service from Michelle in Customs/Imports…. She made me feel comfortable and calmed me down, even though I had important medical equipment that was held up and potentially sent back to Europe. Still waiting for the result, but I know we have done everything possible and she was very calm under pressure. Thanks Michelle!

The service here rocks. Shipped 4 boxes to Mexico after UPS gave me the runaround. The crew here were so helpful and willing to answer my questions and give me good guidance. Jerome even gave me an assist getting my boxes into my car when I opted to postpone shipping a day. Great experience.

Unbelievablely, unprofessional and incompetent staff. I send a Christmas present to my family and they charged duties and taxes from the recipient. I went in person to post the package... and yet the person at the desk failed to inform me about it. I had to call the international customer service to know why. The woman on the phone relates that i need to set another label for that online if I wanted to pay for the custom duty,.....like half of the work we are filling for them. The person at services never offered any holiday deals or professional communication to transmit the procedure. Untrained staff with no integrity to promote company's welfare.

My package was on hold and I wasn't going to receive it in time for my trip to Jamaica. Kathy and Jerome from the Pawtucket, RI warehouse made it possible for me to bring joy to my family in Jamaica for Christmas. My wife and I are forever thankful.

I have a package coming from England. Supposed to be delivered today. Waited all day only to see “The street number listed in the Consignee Address field on the transport label is incorrect or does not exist”. They delivered a package here yesterday and on Friday. Identical address. The driver never came down our street.

Worst shipping company ever. I send my kids a package for Christmas in the Philippines. They cost of shipping was insane but I pay it. They tell me it was going to take 2 week for my kids to get it. When it got to the Philippines DHL, they place the package on hold. I have call DHL and they say they need a invoice, which I send 4 time to them and also my receive send the invoice also. It been 15 day on hold now. They are still asking for a stupid invoice. The DHL representative do not tell me what to expect but took my money. Now they play stupid. I advised everyone to stay away from this shipping company. I can't believe they been in busy for 60 year and doesn't know what to expect. THANK YOU DHL FOR RUDING MY KIDS CHRISTMAS. YOU GUY ARE $538 DOLLAR RICH FROM MY SHIPPING COST.

Worst company ever!!!!!!
They lost my painting and then found it only to discover they threw it out!!!!!!
Now im waiting on a driver who skipped my address 3 times already, customer service are mentally incapable of help, no idea if it will ever arrive.
The representative lied to me several times, i have no idea how im even supposed to deal with the worst customer experience ever.
I will NEVER use them ever again and will refuse to work with companies who do.
DHL is trash
Also the girl contacted the driver for me on Friday because he skipped my address, but when i called today they said they have no contact with the drivers. Lies.
