They don't give updates , answer calls or emails and then cancel the order more than 2 weeks after placing an online order.

The store seems closed but they are always there to help. Just walk in. My wife and I went there yesterday to get a hangbag from Coach. The experience was great!

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Store was closed even though website said it was open, and, when I tried to call the number listed on their website, it said that it was unregistered.

Love my new Yeti tumbler and the guys were super helpful. There is such a great variety of clothing and gear in the store that gives you the inspiration to get keep getting back outdoors and actually feel stylish. It really makes me want to step my camping game up. I also love supporting a local business instead of a big box. Definitely check them out for some really killer gear.

This shop is wicked cool! James, the store manager, was super helpful when I got my Gopro camera. I am definitely coming back to get a Filson briefcase. Their brand selection is awesome!

I went to the farmers market in Pawtucket two weeks ago and found this hidden gem. They have amazing brands and the staff is super friendly! I bought a beautiful Kate spade bag. They carry Tory Burch and Rebecca minkoff too. Awesome shop!

At their new location in Pawtucket... Beyond bad customer service!!! Called for days with no answer to find out if they had a Black Friday sale. After driving from Bristol we found a note on the door with a number to call for assistance. The man was not only un-accommodating but complained how busy and stressed with online orders he was. We were actual people standing outside their door and they wouldn't come down a few flights of stairs to sell us a jacket. Told us to drive back tomorrow....I think not.

This is a beautiful store with a well curated selection of high quality, stylish goods. Now, I was here in the midst of winter, so they were stocked with sturdy leather boots, warm coats and super soft flannel shirts. This being more of a men's shop, I would have happily purchased one of everything for my husband's wardrobe, and he would have worn it all. However, the prices being what they are (totally reasonable for the quality of the items, please note) going on a binge shop here isn't exactly something I would do. If you're looking to invest in craftsmanship, and a quality piece that will last you for years to come, then this is absolutely the shop for you. The items here definitely all fall within a particular style: rugged yet stylish and well-tailored. I hate to say it, but this is the dream shop for a lumbersexual, if anyone actually considers themselves one of those. Barbour, Penfield, Woolrich, Arc'Teryx and Fred Perry pieces line the shelves and the shoe selection consists of Camper, Hunter, and Wolverine. Great stuff, and a good range of prices, too. There is a lovely, but very small, selection of women's clothing, shoes and bags, too. The store is open to an adjoining space called Paloma where I perused several Kate Spade and Mackage handbags, a Fred Perry parka that I covet, and a sweet little Barbour dress. They have women's Camper and Wolverine shoes, too -- much the same aesthetic but for ladies. Great shop, friendly staff that greets you and then lets you browse to your own beat. I like you, Downcity Outfitters. Next time I need a coat, a flannel or a great pair of boots, you'll be the first place I look.
