Clean neat small facility...sure the staff is very capable! But agree that the staff at the desk on a couple of visits there, was not polite nor friendly...uncomfortable.

Staff is great. It is short staffed but they do what they can. It's a small place but again it's just a lab. Waiting times are annoying on some days.

This place is a tiny little lab that you can almost miss driving down the street. There were two workers and they were quick and friendly. There was no wait at the time we were there. There are only three chairs in the small waiting room. If it is a busier day, the sign on the door states to wait outside. For us though, it was quick, easy, and convenient. In and out in less than 10 minutes for both my wife and I.

Went there today for my blood work. Both women there were very friendly. Both had a sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. I will continue to use this lab for future tests.

The ladies that work there were very nice. The problem over there is it's very small. So anything over 3 people, you wait outside. Is brutal when it's in the teens outside.

Showed up early to wait in line before office opened, when the girl on duty showed up at 7 am to open she didn't have her keys to unlock the door, there are 9 people standing in line to get in and she can't get in contact with on call supervisor.

I go there all the time for blood test and they are always very nice and know what they are doing..I barely know they are taking my blood.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star unfortunately I had to pick a star they are the most rudest and unprofessional people. These people should not be working with the public.

I think they need more workers. This past Saturday I waited like an hour and 15 minutes standing outside! Its not fair for the older people,for standing that long time! They need to get more people to work in the there!very disappointing.
