Excellent customer service, it’s a great place to rent a car. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. If you haven’t rented one before, be aware that picking up the rental can take time as the vehicle is re-cleaned at pickup. Drop-off can be quicker.

My husband and I have been renting from Pawtucket Enterprise for little over 2 years now. Ryan and his crew are very easy and pleasant to work with and accommodating. If there is a problem,they help you best they can. Always good experience.
