I can't say enough good things about Luis, the manager at Extra Space Storage on Prospect Street in Pawtucket! From the moment I walked in, Luis made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. He took the time to understand my storage needs and patiently walked me through the options, making sure I found the perfect unit. His professionalism and genuine care for his customers really set him apart. The facility is spotless, well-organized, and feels very secure, which gives me total peace of mind. I highly recommend Luis and his team if you're looking for a reliable storage solution with exceptional service!

The folks here have been super helpful. The gentleman I talked to today was really efficient at solving my problem, and the person I talked to yesterday was quick to respond even though he was the only person in the office at the time. The policies are uniquely reasonable. I appreciate them and will continue storing here for as long as I still need storage in the area.

They raised my rent from about 120 to 214 a month in a year. Site manager is really nice but another person they had working replaced my lock when I told them I was moving out. The account was paid in full so no idea why he did that. If the site mamma get hadn’t been there that day we would not have been able to get in to our locker. I would totally give this place a miss.

This place is without a doubt the best storage facility I've seen! The manager, Jennifer, was extremely helpful and professional. She helped me find the perfect spot to store my camper and got me out the door in no time. In addition, the spot I got is significantly better than location in our old storage lot at half the price! If you're looking for storage, definitely check out Life Storage on Prospect Street and ask for Jennifer.
