I've been coming here for almost 2 years, and it's progressively gotten worse. Over 1/3 of the washers and dryers are always broken at all times. The clothing carts barely roll. Employees leave by 4, so don't drop clothes off unless you don't work a normal schedule. Oh, and it's over 80 degrees out and humid and they have the air off so enjoy that.

Wife went there had them wash clothes for her they told her it was ready went picked it up noticed stuff was missing after getting home went up later date try and get rest was told contact person later person called wife threatening her and yell at her she later told him that threatening her wasn’t making things better they then called back and acknowledged that they had technically stolen her stuff by removing it from the premises, without her knowledge or permission, and took it to another location I would not recommend this place, because if they’re doing this, that means that they could be taking stuff and we just happen to catch them

Yikes! I came here without reading reviews first (a mistake) after looking at their website. On their website, they mention being “the cleanest laundromat in the world” and while that’s obviously an exaggeration, I didn’t expect it to be one of the dirtiest! After loading my laundry into a machine, I opened the soap dispenser and was very grossed out to find a thick, slimy puck of leftover soap from the last person. I tried to remove my laundry to try a different machine but no luck, the door was already locked. Thankfully they had paper towels and I scooped it out. I feel like my clothes are going to feel MORE dirty after this experience. I won’t be coming back.

If I can give a zero star, I would. I came here at 5am when they opened and there was no one there to break my cash into smaller bills because their laundry card couldn’t accept big bills. I knocked on the employees only door to see if anyone can help me, but no answer. There was trash everywhere; it just looked a complete disaster there. Was highly upset, and this would be my first and last time coming here. Never again.

Extremely low standards at this laundry mat. Been coming here since 2018 and was pleasantly surprised at how great it was. It has since declined and for the past year especially they seem to not care. Over 40% of the machines in some shape or form are not working. Doesn’t have a coin machine since you can only get some items through coins. Always dirty, homeless sleeping here. Owner/manager seems more interested in the women that show up then fixing the machines. As well as raising prices (all well in good) but if the money doesnt go to fixing machines its just a waste. Don’t go here. I have lost almost $75 this year on his broken machines. Go else where!!!!

Dropped off laundry and set to pick up next day. Show up next day and no attendants are present, kiosk being locked up. If the location is open there should be an attendant present until closing time for people to pick up their laundry. I was not told I needed to pick up clothes by a specific time or that they wouldn't be there the entire day the following day.

I wish I didn’t have to even put a star. . But unfortunately in order to leave a review you have to…I have been coming to this laundromat for a few years now. When I started coming here it was clean, efficient, close & convenient and the cheapest in town.But within the last year, the same dynamic hasn’t been there.First and foremost, THEY LET HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEP INSIDE!I’m a young single woman. I’m suppose to feel safe going to do my laundry in this facility right in town, while homeless people sleep inside?How do I know these people are harmless. I don’t have anything against the homeless but it’s not exactly comforting.Makes it very unsettling to do your laundry.Now upon going there, it’s a battle of am I going to get a working washer? A working dryer?I have lost A LOT of money in these machines.Washers either don’t wash or don’t spin. And you’re stuck with a heaping wet load of un-spun laundry.Then when you go to dry your clothes half of the dryers heating elements do not work so your clothes have spun around for half an hour in just regular cold air…Other times I have had clothes missing and I’ve came home with other peoples items.All within a matter of half an hour??And yes, machines were checked before and after each use.Now in order to experience all this fun, it’s pricy.The owner has upped the prices of all machines, yet nothing works. So the machines are pretty much stealing your money.Unless you go between the hours of whenever the owner feels like showing up to whenever he wants to leave, then you lose out on your money.Let’s don’t forget how dirty and grimy the place is…But don’t worry, the BitCoin machine, the massage chair and the claw machines all work!They have all these machines yet no machine to break change for you.. seeings how that’s the only way you can put money on the laundromat card.. which also cost money..Unfortunately I have to write this here because there’s no contact information for this establishment. Good luck calling the phone number and actually talking to someone.I will be contacting the BBB.

Went here one time and never again their washer didn't spin correctly my clothes were soak and wet I had to pay to wash again when it wasn't my fault the worker was also kids rude about it I just think dryers are kinda expensive as well never again maybe if he was responsible for the washer that wasn't working right

I would give them 5* because the service is always friendly same day service clothes are clean and nicely folded etc HOWEVER I ONLY use their drop off service on Sundays and it seems very unreliable whether or not the person is going to show up at 9am when theyre supposed to .
