Working with Lou was great. No pressure, great coomunications and he was very helpful in keeping within our budget based on our needs. The installers were early and did a great job installing wall to wall carpet in 2 rooms. They were courteous and cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend Carpet Factory Outlet.
