My battery was starting up perfectly fine until I brought it to these guys and they said I needed a new one. Now my car doesn’t start at all. Go to them if you want an extra couple hundred dollars in repairs!
Update: Since you don’t remember my car or who I am clearly you can not accurately remember the details of what you did or didn’t do. All I’m saying is the car was starting up fine before I went to you guys. That’s the truth. And yes the other shop charged me for cleaning a terminal that they knew needed to be replaced instead. A neighbor of mine told me they call the auto shops in your area “graveyards” because people go to you guys and their cars get more problems. I didn’t ruin your reputation. it was already bad.

I called everywhere trying to find the right size used tires for my '82-year-old dad's truck as the ones he had were literally about to pop... all of them.
I talked to Frank and he had the right size and even took a picture and sent it to me of four excellent barely used 1-year-old matching four tires And he said we could come on in and he would install them at a really good price.
The service was fast professional and they went above and beyond for us even getting the rest off the rims of my dad's truck. We were extremely happy and will recommend him to all our friends and family. Definitely use these guys!!!! Thank you Frank!!

The owner is a great guy I travel A. Lot? And it's hard to find somebody you can trust in the auto business, especially out of town. But for tires, exhaust systems and other automotive repair. This is the guy I'd be using, if I lived in Rhode Island.

Realized I had a flat after I left work, and after trying and failing to see if Monroe could take care of it, I found Franks on a map. I called, confirmed they had the tires I needed, and they gave me the price right on the phone. Was in and out within 20 mins, and I had two newly replaced tires! Great guys at Franks.
