Freeway Car Wash

Car Wash, Auto Detailing
Hours: Freeway Car Wash has been a trusted location for many customers over the years, with some reviews highlighting consistent satisfaction with the quality of car cleaning and detailing services. Customers appreciate the friendly and cheerful staff who explain the services offered, making the experience pleasant. The mini details and quick washes are valued for their efficiency, often taking about 30 minutes and delivering great results. One location on Dexter offers vacuuming for customers, while the Broadway location requires customers to vacuum themselves, which some find less convenient. However, there are concerns about customer service at certain locations. Some customers report rude behaviors from managers, disrespectful attitudes, and poor handling of situations, including long wait times and incomplete services. Notably, one customer paid for a full SUV interior and exterior detail but experienced delays, water remaining inside, and inadequate cleaning, leading to dissatisfaction and additional reconditioning elsewhere. There are also complaints about business hours not being respected, with some locations closing earlier than scheduled, which frustrates customers who come after work. Despite these issues, many customers remain happy with the results and the quality of cleaning when services are performed properly. Overall, Freeway Car Wash is seen as a place that provides good car cleaning, but improvements in customer service and consistency across locations could enhance the experience.
