The store is huge,plenty of space to move around,it was my first time at a laundry mat in 5 years,apparently they no longer use quarters,,wow I need to get out more.

I regularly do my laundry here until today. While waiting for my laundry to dry, I sat on the massage chair apparently you have to pay to sit there according to a rude employee. It’s petty but com on now do people really pay for that 1980 massage chair ? Unless you like getting an attitude from the unfriendly staff I won’t be bringing my business back here again.

This is truly one of the nicest laundromats around! It's generally clean and spacious, with plenty of washers and dryers. The space inside the dryers is generous, and I find the service really convenient. I mostly drop off my laundry here, and I also do some washing myself, I’ve always had a smooth experience with their drop-off service. They usually get everything done within 24 hours, which is fantastic!

Used to love this place, now I gotta find another laundromat. 4th time in a month they snagged my cart for their wash service. Ok. This time instead of throwing the freeway bag on top of the washer, they just tossed it/took it with my laundry detergent inside.

This place is always clean , they take good care of the machines compared to other landromats. I’ve moved from the area & I tried other places but I did not like the overall experience. So I’d rather drive to this laundromat!!
I hope the owner takes good care of the employees because they do their job well.

Hi so I got here at 927. It was pouring and I don't have a car. Lady made me stand outside waiting for another uber soaking my bag of clothes and me.place is open til 11 it's a Saturday. It takes 35 minutes for a wash I don't even dry here. No reason she had to make me stand out there while other ppl were inside staring at me. I go here all the time and about to not thats absolutely ridiculous.. laundrymax down street is$ 7.30 for a 60lb wash. Much cheaper. And they have free ones too sometimes. And they have free dryers. Also open til 130 am and won't turn u down. Workers here are nice and respectful. That short Spanish lady at freewaylaundry is rude and doesn't have an ounce of decency in her

I drop off every week or every other week for the last 3 years. The ladies there are so nice. It’s so satisfying to open the laundry bags and smell clean clothes, perfectly folded. They even separate my clothes, my husband’s and my daughter’s. We’ve accidentally left credit card and cash in some pants and they put them in envelopes and place them with the clean clothes. I highly recommend this laundromat for drop off. The best in town

The workers here are rude. On the machines to put money on a card it says use a 20.00 bill and you will get 2.00 added to the card I put in the machine a dollar card and never got the 2.00 it says added to my card so I go up to a worker and told her what happened. She’s like oh the manager isn’t here I can’t do anything I’m like you have access to see the I put a 20.00 in the machine. She’s like no it’s not going to show but I will do it to show you that the machine isn’t going to show me the bill you put in the machine. Ok so she goes and does it and what do you know it said I put in a 20.00 bill and that the bonus wasn’t put on my card. She could have easily when in the added 2.00 from the register as a courtesy since the machine didn’t. Instead she stands there laughing. I don’t see what was funny. So I ask her the managements number and she’s like you have to call the card and still continues to laugh. What great customer service she has. I will never come back to this laundry again and have been coming here since they opened.

Came here because my normal laundromat was closed. Used a laundry machine listed for 20lbs to wash 14lbs of clothes (measured prior). Checked on it after the timer and had an error saying no water and it was locked so I couldn't get my clothes out. Got a store associate to come help and she tried to say I put too much into the machine despite knowing otherwise and after resetting it to get my clothes out she asked if I wanted to run them through again. I was not paying another $5 and waiting an hour to do so so instead I took the waterlogged clothing out and took them to the dryers. I split the SINGLE LOAD of clothing between 4 separate dryers and after 6 cycles on each of them (8 minutes each) my clothes were still not fully dry, and the dryers refused to take my card anymore. Left with a bag full of moist clothes. Wish I could get a refund for the time wasted. Never coming back again and I advise avoiding this laundromat if you have the choice.

WHY ARE Y'ALL PAYING $20+ ????
$20 per load to wash is highway robbery. Conveniently, their machines neither take bills nor coins. Instead you need to purchase a card for $1 to load your money on. Obliviously a complimentary card would be the decent human thing to do and it would make too much sense. Carts you need to load/transport your laundry between machines are also not complimentary. Of-course the dyers will be free after they've already robbed enough out of you from the washing price. FREE DRYERS ARE PART OF THE SCAM.
