I really only go here when I really really need to do laundry. Typically I just drive 30 mins to an “Ez wash” laundromat in Taunton.
1st , the laundromat prices around this area are RIDICULOUS. I go to this one because far it’s the cheapest laundromat I can find. But holy moly $11.50 for a big washer? In New Bedford/ Taunton I pay $5 for the biggest washers.
2nd. Every time I come here it reminds me why I just take the drive. I’m paying double to be beyond frustrated with these stupid card machines. I’m not exaggerating, every single time I have to move my dryer 3-4 times JUST to find one that turns on or closes properly. It’s free dryers but i would rather just pay the 25 cents to have an easy use.
Expect to swipe your card 6-7 times just to get anyyyy machine turn on. You’re gonna constantly read “bad pull” it’s not you. It’s these awful machines.
IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE JUST DRIVE TO AN EZ WASH LAUNDROMAT!!!!!!!!

DO NOT DRY CLEAN WITH THEM
they lost my sons Nike tech and I haven’t heard back from management it’s been months… i bought it on sale and with a coupon they tried to tell me it was worth $50 my son is a teenager there isn’t a Nike tech for $50 and the employee refused to take accountability first she denied helping me but thankfully I have a receipt and now only offered me $50… all I asked was for it found or the same item in return it’s been months

The workers are very rude. The cards barely work on the machines especially the dryers. It's a struggle to get the dryers started. When you need help the workers are very rude. At times the free dryer are not free and taking money from your card. Half of the workers don't speak English which it makes it hard to communicate. The customer assistance suck in there

2022 this laundry was good but now on 2024 this laundry when bad today at 12:30pm in the afternoon there where no cars available to put your clothes on then you see people using 2 to 3 cars is crazy they need to get bigger cars or purchase more cars so other people can have one. Why people are using 4 watcher machines to separate clothes then you look around and nothing is available is getting annoying expand this laundry to more machines and more cars.

This laundry say free dryer it's not true it goes by point on how many washer you used and can not swipe your card more then 3 times on a dryer or you run out of points and can not finish drying your clothes and when you ask for help and you talking to them in English considering you were born and raised here. they look at you like you don't understand what there saying and bring spanish people to explain it to you when you don't really understand that language the customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced in this laundry mate I do not recommend this place to no one the blonde lady is rude and ignorant

Had to make an update. Beware of the Vending machine with laundry products. Prices are wrong (atleast on my visit) and when it was brought to the attendance attention she refused a refund and refused to remedy the situation. Overall I like this laundromat??♀️ Bring your own products or take a quick walk to the family dollar?

Time to find a new laundromat. Soon as I open the washer door....instant smell of mildew...then the rubber ring barrier falls off, exposing mildew and mold. I tried to get help from the attendant, unfortunately she didn't speak english and was going to refuse to take a look at what was going on. She finally got the other attendant who spoke some english and took a look. He asked if I took it off?...why the hell would I just pop it off...I did not say that, I just told him that I didn't. He then tried to put it back on before I asked him to clean the dirty ring. He finally grabs a cloth, no type of Antibacterial spray or anything and just wiped it. ANNOYED & now I'm looking for someplace else.

Clean laundromat and extremely busy. This location could use extra tables to fold laundry due to how busy this location is.
