The customer service is horrible, when I called they said, "even though I paid for priority, that doesn't mean I'll get my bo staff any faster." When recieved (almost 2 months later), the bo staff was completely different colors than portrayed online, it took and EXTREMELY long time to get the product, and the "custom work" was extremely questionable at best. A lot of electrical tape and cheap products were used in the making of this bo staff and the grip even wore away after 4 uses by my child. I'm winding up letting her use my bo staff from a different company that came within two weeks of it being was ordered.

We have had an unfulfilled order as well. Several classmates have had similar experiences; this business was suggested by a Kickstart instructor at a Title 1 school. Just shameful. No response from the company via email, phone, or social media ; yet they continue to advertise.

This business is awful. I ordered a martial arts product for my grandson on September 8, 2022, paid for rush processing and expedited shipping, and as of today, October 27, 2022, we have not received the product. I have repeatedly emailed the company for answers, I have not received a response. I call and there is either no answer, or I get a busy signal. We paid a total of $240.53. The last email I sent which was October 24, 2022, I asked for a refund, and still no one has answered me. We were ripped off.

Absolute worst company to deal with as previous reviews are stating the owner takes orders and money but doesn't send the product. When I've reached out multiple times I am ghosted. I reported him to the BBB to which he did respond the first time claiming that the product was not done due to materials shortage yet at no point was I told this and I understand shortages but a whole year? I call Bull on that. This man is a coward how he does business and it truly is a shame as his products are nice. Communication is key and I know for many had there been some communication at some point we all would not be so angered. I really just want my money back and to be rid of this whole year long experience. Aside from taking actual legal action I have exhausted all outlets to try to get my money back with no response. So buyer beware if your looking to throw hundreds down the drain make a purchase with gforce.

I am hoping i can update this later with a better review... I placed an order for chucks and a bag in April. As of today 8/16/22, i have not received my items nor has the company responded to several phone calls, emails, and Facebook messages. My daughters karate instructor has even reached out to them since they use them as well and still nothing. They came highly recommended and we do have their products that we have bought through the Karate school and they are great. Their customer services their downfall.

We ordered a custom bo staff from this business. It broke in half the first time it was used after being dropped on a 2" thick training mat. We requested a replacement or refund and never received a response. We would not recommend doing business with G Force Gear.

I am hoping i can update this later with a better review... I placed an order for chucks and a bag in April. Ordered a custom Bo Staff for my son. It arrived on time and is awesome. My son loves it and can’t wait to use it at the Spring Nationals in Vegas. Nice work!!!

Good quality of products, but the absolute worst costumer service I have ever received! I ordered a set of Kamas and a bo staff at the same time same order and the kamas came in but the Bo is no where in sight (this is 2 months later by the way)... I have left multiple voicemails because no one seems to answer the phone or call back and the person I’ve emailed has acted very childish in his ways of communication... I received a tracking number once and it got sent back to the company and then I have yet to get is sent back or receive another tracking number!!! I have a competition in March and my old staff is so worn and it broke not too long ago so I now have had to use my trainers staff! The products are great but the staff is such a downside to this company...

This was our second time ordering from G Force. About 3 years ago we got a bo staff & nunchucks. This time we ordered kamas. My daughter was delighted to receive her package and immediately began working with them. We’ve never had an issue with any of the weapons we’ve purchased and love the colors. Thank you G Force!

i ordered nunchucks for my daughter in march. they have since fallen apart completely. everything is peeling off and they look terrible. i emailed gforce asking what could be done. they responded that i could send them back and if “they felt it was their fault they would fix them” i had to email repeatedly for them then to respond, once they got the nunchucks that “they were old and couldn’t be fixed for free.” i spent $65 plus another $22 for shipping. pretty sure they should last longer than 6 months. i have since sent several emails referencing receipts and asking if they will fix them..i’ve heard nothing. i would not recommend.

i use gforce gear all the time and love everything of theirs that ive tried. that being said ive never in my life come across a company with worse communication and customer support. i ordered a bo staff in early september and as of the date i am writing this (dec 29th, 2020) i still have not gotten my order and i was charged more than i was supposed to. i paid extra for rush processing and better delivery. getting ahold of anyone at gforce gear is next to impossible. i have left several tickets on their website, not one answer. i tried reaching out on facebook, on messenger and even instagram, never one reply outside of an automated bot telling me to email them. i have sent dozens of emails to both the emails listed on their website and the one that is given via messenger. i have gotten 1 reply just saying "call now" and listing their number. i called within minutes of receiving the email and after 6 attempts with no answer i gave up what makes it worse is there isn't even an answering machine to leave a message.... (update, it is now June of the following year 2021 and i still have not been able to contact them for have i received my package, i emailed on a different email and got a prompt reply, as soon as i told them my order number i have not heard from them for weeks despite attempts to contact)
