I never leave reviews and always say if you don’t have anything good to say just don’t say it. But I need to say something today. I went here seeking help today and what I got was “this must be like that probably because of this” when I wanted to know a why. Taxes are something not everyone knows, I have to say that ChatGPT helped me more and h&r block and I don’t have to pay ChatGPT for it.

Had a very Bad experience & Very bad customer service!
They made mistakes on my return and they never gave me the full documents and when I called to understand what happened they hang up on me three times
I called on April 12,2024 at 3:50 PM and the girl who answered the phone lack basic sense of professionalism! She hang up on me once I asked her name And she refuse to connect me with my Tax professional, tbh I was better off doing it myself! I paid a lot of money and got a poor customer service and hastil experience

I would advise you not to utilize this location. Unprofessional staff trying to maximize on sales, noisy facility, and misinformation on products they offer. Never been so disappointed in a service, ever.

Two years they screwed up the paperwork. They have some old woman running the front desk that has ZERO idea what she is supposed to be doing. 199 I paid them and yet again the state of massachusetts is contacting me saying my taxes were not processed rite .. I will never go there again scammers that can't seem to do the job they are paid for .
I can go fo TurboTax.. because H&R. Are a bunch of thieves
