I had fantastic service today! I showed up and the door was locked because they where in the back. I was sitting in my car looking up somewhere else to go. They ended coming out to my car and asking me what I needed. They did an oil change and was able to get my diagnostic test for my check engine light. They where friendly, fast and accommodating. Im happy to report my check engine light turned off. This will be my new place for an oil change!

The technician did not accurately indicate the tire pressure which he obviously did not check. The report stated the pressure as: F 35, R 35, when the pressure from the Chevy app reported

It was reported that the wind shield fluid was added, it was not.
Now I have to take my car to a dealer to recheck everything. I’m extremely upset and angry that Jiffy Lube is dishonest and will never go back to one. I’ll be sure to leave a full detail of this visit on line. If you would like a copy of this visit please send me a email address to send it.

I believe I was misled on the type of oil that should be put in my car, for years. I've been putting regular oil in my car, and now the guy tells me that I must use the synthetic blend which is $40 more than the regular oil, I was in a rush so I went along with it. But I won't do it again, I probably won't return., he told me it was the policy of jiffy lube to only put synthetic blend oil in my car

I went on my day off just for oil change My alarm Was alerting me my wiper fluid was low I told them at Jiffy Lube They said ok I was not asked if I wanted windows cleaned It says it was declined Also my alarm was still alerting me for wiper fluid It said added but no How do I know they actually changed my oil or just charged me? I don't trust them and will never go there again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place Denise Ross

I stopped dealing with JL due to their annoying up-selling and went to an another shop last time. But they were surprisingly expensive, so I decided to go back to JL and just tell 'em to cut the BS and change my oil. I drove up and told the guy what I wanted and that I had a $16 coupon on my phone. But they stepped up their game. He says it'd be around $90 for the change. What? "We don't put conventional oil in a 2014 Hyundai Accent any more". Seriously? I've been running it on conventional oil for 9 years, and that's what the owner's manual recommends. I went to [another franchise] for $35, no problem.
