I dont like give bad reviews because i know how business work. But since im not a kid, im business man to, i feel in need to write this to make you better your business. I really had a bad experince with this liquor store, Really bad costumers services. For the 4 of july i went there to buy bags of ice, they say 5 per person. Ok thats fine just grab my 5 bags pay and get out. I come later with a friend mine, that i was think is another person. As they say per person, when we go pay for it. That lady work on this day 4 july mornring time, she said with atitute “Never do that again” in front of other people in line. I felt like i was a thief. I was just with my friend to buy anothers bags . As they say per person, he was supost to be another person. I felt really sad with that experience. Just come to another store. Just bcs that way she talk to me, she should go learning better how to treat costumer. I really wanted to give her the same atitute but i just left the store , i didnt want to be like her. You the owner if you ready this think better who you put in front line to sell your produt

Me and a friend went into this store trying to find some 12 pack High Noons. Upon seeing there were none in the cooler in the main part of the store, we noticed the freezer door propped open fully with some cases of drinks. Me and my friend, thinking this was a walk in cooler since it is common to have self serve coolers in liquor stores, walk in to try and find any cases of the High Noon. Mind you, there is nothing visible outside of the door saying "Employees Only" and the freezer door is completely open at this point so if it says it on the door there is no way for us to know. Upon walking in we hear the clerk screaming "No, no, no", so we immediately walk out of the cooler. Upon walking out without saying anything she begins to scream "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING, GET THE F*** OUT OF THE STORE!!!". I calmly express to her that we thought it was a walk in cooler and she continued screaming at us in a very hostile and aggressive tone "I DON'T GIVE A F*** GET THE F*** OUT OF THE STORE". Me and my buddy left immediately. The way this cashier screamed at us and would not let us explain a minor and honest mistake was completely unacceptable. If I could give this place zero stars I would, and I can safely say I will never step foot in this establishment and I hope anyone who reads this will not either.
