The app said the counter I could pick my paid order at, but they locked the dining room before closing. Then Im forced to wait in a 30 minute drive thru or leave without my food. When I reach the speaker I give my name for the order and he says he cant find it he says he couldnt care less. basically a big fail on every possible thing except the food, well except sugar coke not diet coke.

Every time I come to this location my order is wrong. The wait, even with mobile ordering is long, and the food is cold. I try to avoid this location as much as possible.
