Metro SUCKS I have been a customer since 2015 I have 4 lines for me and my kids this is the first time I had to make a claim yes I pay for insurance on all the lines they told me my phone will arrive overnight here it is going on the 5th day with no phone the agents told me they Do Not provide loaner phones but will receive my phone the next day. I’ve been on the phone for over 2 days talking to agents that are clueless and when they send you to a “supervisor” after dropping your call 3X and you have to call back the “supervisor “ is as clueless as the other agents they are unprofessional unhelpful I’m surprised I’ve had them this long so I will be spending my day now looking for a new phone provider that will be able to be helpful in times like this. Metro and your Agents Y’all SUCK!

Metro PCS has a bunch of losers working at the Emerald Square Mall the Spanish girl that was working there took my phone hacked into all my information the other kid with the braids that works there I caught them in my PayPal going through my phone with his phone right next to it I would never go to the Emerald Square Mall MetroPCS they should all be fired

I really just called this place and some lazy thing hung up on me like she doesn't get paid by the hour to listen to the issue that I'm having with my phone. she was very undescriptive and had a poor vocabulary and it wasn't a bilingual issue because I come from a bilingual family it was an education and a respect issue it's funny how people get to sit in a chair for 8 hours and and act like their job is too difficult .I put your roof back on and clean your kitchen after your tub falls through your ceiling and I smile while I do It.she must be too goodfor her job

They gave me excellent treatment, a guy named Brian was my assistant, very polite and helpful, he spoke to me in my own language (Spanish) so he could help me understand everything according to the offers and plans that Metro by T-Mobile has, his coworker was very friendly too. I recommend them 100%.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could.Sold me a phone that won't pair with myCar, told me it would have no problem pairing with a Toyota or other makes, just not mine. Absurd. Absolutely no help. I've been a customer of theirs for 10 years, regretting it. Going to Verison and you should too.
