Man these folks is just all around rude after my seven day hold def advice all my black brothers and sisters not to use any of these locations don’t put money in the pockets of folks who don’t respect u……come back on the seven days and the lady won’t give me my money still …..call the managers number and she won’t pick up all the Hispanic people I see come in here are the only ones you guys treat with respect

Terrible customer service. The worker Brenda M. is very rude to customers and yells at her customers for any minor inconvenience. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Will never be going back there again.

The manager there had me sign my money order like five times before telling me she couldn’t cash it. I’m considering going to an attorney or the press.

Do not recommend at all, humiliating experience with Spanish woman who looks black (don't know her name). Also don't assume people don't speak Spanish!!! You have to take my picture, and had me log into my bank account so she could scroll my bank account just to cash a check. I never cash checks honestly, I cashed it because the check didn't have a local bank associated with it. I will never come there again, then had the audacity to offer me other services, like no worries I will never come back ever! Then before giving me the money, says she needs to verify my phone....and proceeds to call the number and my phone rings. The stupidity is beyond me. But any who, I do not recommend at all. They are too many other places around than to deal with this type of service.

Worst place ever to change a check. She is mad rude and makes the impossible to not help. If you doubt about people then close the business… You do not know if that’s the last dollar they have. Be more kind and your reviews will change meanwhile good luck.

A+ Service A+ Speed A+ ValueI have had the pleasure of going to Monimen Inc a few times now, it has been such a pleasant experience dealing with this business. They have wonderful staff over there, Especially Victoria. She has gone above and beyond my expectations and did everything possible to make sure my needs were met. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.Will plan on returning very soon. 5 / 5 Stars

! terrible service, I sent a remesa to a person in Guatemala , and they put it on someone else's account, that I don't even know that person. And now they tell me that they can't do anything, when this company is acknowledging their mistake, and they don't want to return my money, money that costs me to earn it !!! I do not recommend this place at all !!!!
