After being placed on hold on a phone call for over 15 minutes I went down in person wanting to purchase a new V Plow for my truck. After waiting for over an hour for the "Boss" to look at my trade which I purchased from them along with a salt spreader and two Boss plow mounts on my trucks over the years he tells me I'm better off selling it on my own & gives me the cold shoulder . I go to a dealer closer to me in Ma and struck a deal in 5 minutes on a New Boss V-Plow . I was treated with respect too as my time is money. On Site you just lost a long time customer! Your Loss Not Mine! You obviously got too big for your own good.
