The clerk was really helpful and is an expert on the various paper types offered in the store.They don't put out all kinds of paper out in the main area so it's good to know what you're there for beforehand or take a look at the swatch books and ask for them.

I was very happy with what I found at PaperWorks, although I think the selection of paper could be more diverse. The amount of coated / semi coated paper they have is quite unique in coloration. I did find that the uncoated papers were lacking in both size and Lb’s. Jose was an incredible help in finding the perfect paper for my project.

Very shady company. Was sent the incorrect card stock and instead of replacing or refunding me they told me I was in the wrong then ignored my emails. I ordered 220lb stock and received 110lb stock. Sent them photo proof of this based on the sticker they included in the box that shows paper weights but even with this photo they ignored me.

Paid almost 320$ for 300 sheets of 130lb cardstock, white that was offered on the website. They sent me 2, of the 3 100 packs of paper, because they "oversold" what they had in stock, but willingly took the money out of my account for a week before refunding. Wanted me to go thru a process of signing an agreement that they had refunded me said amount, ect. THEN! When the 2 packs arrive, they are the wrong color. Dave, I guess the owner, was a huge prick and told me pretty much to get lost and it was out of his control, even though after my claim, they have sense made changes to the listing to make it say its NOT THE COLOR IN THE PICTURE LISTED ON THE WEBSITE! So, all in all, I paid 300+ to have to turn around and $58.20 to ship them back for a refund. Absolutely AVOID this company. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Very shady business practices.In April 2022, I placed an order for 8 reams of cardstock paper. On the day it was to be shipped, despite seeing online that it is "in stock" I received an email of back stock. At the time of writing this review, there is a paper shortage due to pandemic/staffing etc., so it was understandable that the online inventory might have been updated.May 2022 passed, so last week (June) I emailed them saying to cancel and refund the charge for the order since we found a replacement. A confirmation email was sent.The very next day, I received a notification from UPS that a package has been scheduled to be delivered. Upon tracing it, we found this company neither cancelled, has no intentions of honoring their 100% Guarantee, and went ahead and attempted to "ship" (or as it stands 7 days later) "label created" the order.There was obviously stock, but they never intended to ship what they had until I said cancel the entire order.Other people, who paid for shipping, have received the same paper I ordered (again, there is a paper shortage) throughout the month my order was apparently in "back stock." The stationery industry is a tight group, so we all communicated where we could find paper, and unfortunately, I am not the only person they did not ship to because we ordered so much for free shipping and they prioritize orders who pay for shipping.Tip: Pay for Shipping or find it locally.

Based on my experience I would strongly urge you to avoid PaperWorks. I had placed two orders in six months, the first was late with no explanation, it appears the second was never sent after 30 days, but I was billed promptly. I had to inquire about both orders, the persons I spoke to were either surly or never got back to me after promising to do so, eventually I gave up and requested a refund on the second order. Their knowledge of what they actually have in stock appears to be very poor. Further, their shipping cost is higher than average with limited options compared to other paper sources. I will never place an order with them again.

good selection but rude person at counter who is ignorant and sarcastic. was not helpful when explaining terms to people who did not have much knowledge about paper choices.
