It should stay open longer, at 10 pm there are still people there
and it should definitely close later on the weekend, the only thing I would change

Really enjoy the space and the staff are great. New water bottle filter tastes terrible like mold, have to wash my water bottle out after every time. Brought it up to an employee and they mentioned it was just replaced, hoping this can be looked into further.

their fees and charges are SHADY… and they want you to go in-person to cancel the membership when it could be easily done through the phone… even after canceling the membership they’re still charging my account… then give a garbled explanation as to why their weird and confusing policies are what they are SMH

Rejoined a few days ago. The men's bathroom smells like a cats litter box. Its the most disgusting thing I've ever smelled. Please do something about this.

I have no complaints except that there are a few machines that are in need of repair but otherwise, it's a good location. Clean and convenient.

Getting better, kinda. New equipment, but odd Smith Machine set up. Seems to be facing the wrong way?? Then soooo many benches in the free weight area. Literally 3 ft apart. I could smell the person beside me. Also, the men's locker room is very stinky, and smells like urine. It's in the tile grout or something. It's been like that for a year.
