I have been coming to this salon since I was 15 years, so a good 6ish years now. I have never once had an issue with the quality of nails i have received. Sophie is an amazing tech and always makes sure i have everything i need and my nails come out identical to the picture i show her. Not one single complaint ! I 100% recommend getting your nails done here.

Never again. Sophie has lost her focus on great customer service. She lost her patience and tack. Mimi, Kenneth, John IS THE ONLY REASON THIS SALON GETS 2 STARS. NEVER AGAIN.
Warning: if you tell them exactly what you want but don't understand the process. Sophie will talk at you, go out of her way to confront you , and blame you for not knowing how things work. So she will express Frustration and label you as argumentative and continue to engage till SHE explains how the problem is you don't know the process. Girl bye Thank her lucky stars for Mimi and John.

Did a walk-in for a manicure (gel, one color, no design) and pedicure (regular nail polish). Took an hour and 40 mins to get done. The cost was around $67, and that is with a $5 tip. They only take tip in cash. The place is clean, the people are nice, and the price is good. Will I come back? Maybe. 1) I didn't like my nails. The person used acetone in the nail polish bottle to get some product out of it. When placed on my toe nails, 2 coats were done, and you could still see it was a thin cover and see-through. As for my gel, 2 of the nails had a bump in the finish. 2) They nicked me 3 times, and I did bleed. It may have just been a bad day for me. They are very busy as well. Definitely make an appointment. Also, they give great massages. What I will say is that if you are an introvert like me, find a person you can feel comfortable with to voice your opinions.

I have been going to Pretty Nails for 2 years now and Sophie always does an amazing job with my nails! This is by far my favorite set for the Cowboy Carter concert! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my nails came out BETTER than the picture! Absolutely love it! Everyone is always nice over there and the place is always clean! Thank you again Sophie for your amazing work! I appreciate you!

Stylist: II’ve been coming to this location for about two months and for some reasons they are never on time when you set up an appointment, even with an appointment, you have to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes before someone can see you. In my head, when you set up an appointment, you’re supposed to be served at the time of your appointment. They always give me the same guy. For some reason, when he does my nails, within 2 to 3 days I have to either get a nail fix or I have to get a whole new set, and he is super rough with it too. So this time around when I set up my appointment, the same guy was given to me, and I told them that I would rather wait for someone else to do my nails, and this was after waiting for about 25 minutes past my appointment time. The lady in the front told me it would be another 10 minutes before someone else is able to help me. I waited 20 more minutes before going next door to get something to eat, knowing I just got off work. I came back 5 minutes later and was told they won't be able to do my nails because the next appointment is on the way, and I would have to wait until 4:45pm mind you my appointment was at 10am.And why would I come back requesting to be seen next when I could have done that within the few hours I was there waiting after my appointment time. Clearly someone is lying here.And why would I leave to go home when I drove 38 minutes from Franklin, MA To Pawtucket RI?THEY ARE VERY GOOD WHEN IT COMES TO DOING NAILS, BUT THEY DON'T HAVE RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS OR RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS' TIME.

I love coming to this place!!! Always great vibe and music playing. Sophia is literally the best love her. She does my nails every single time and I’ve never have a thing to complain… and trust if o don’t like something you’ll know over all love this place ???☀️☀️☀️

Sophie has been my nail tech expert for over 1 yr now. She’s very accommodating, patient, friendly, and has a welcoming saloon vibe + the background music is always a plus! Most importantly a Nail tech who’s patient and listens to how one wants their nails done is always a huge satisfaction esp for all us picky-nail ladies like me :). I literally could fall asleep while she’s working on my nails wake up and be satisfied without having to over direct/explain a design or shape. Thank you Sophie for a great customer service!!! ?
